Have shopped at this store for the last 5 years. Bought two shirts on Friday. One didnt have the tag, so the guy at the register decided to just scan the shirt that had tags twice. I also showed interest in a jersey hanging on the wall. The guy didnt offer to get one down for me. Pretty poor customer service and complete laziness. I did call the store to let a manager know what happened, and she offered to fix the issue. Not worth my time. The guys name is on my receipt, but I will spare him embarrassment. Will not shop at this location again.

Ask for less common item staff tried to locate I did find it myself. Friendly staff.

I wanted to purchase a sweatshirt. It has a huge hole in the sleeve. I asked if they could discount it as there were no other sizes available in store or any nearby stores. They offered a mere 10% on a $70 sweatshirt. Wasn’t interested. I asked what would happen now. They said they would discount it and put it back out, and if it wasn’t bought, then they’d discount it further in 90ish days. Only to find them put the DAMAGED shirt back for FULL price in the exact same spot I found it. Be weary, the management here is not honest and only concerned with making a buck.

Im giving these guys are 4 star but it is a very close to a 5. Chiefs won AFC championship and they did have some of these swag in stock. I did expect A-line the day after the win And they seemed to have had a good system in place to handle all of the customers. However the pricing at this place is very high. I feel like you cant walk out of there without spinning a least a $150. There are a lot of better deals online however we like to support our local stores. All in all good place to shop

I was in search of some Chiefs headbands that Id seen on the website. I went to the Independence location because the website said that they had two packages of headbands left. I asked three employees and without looking around the store or on the computer, I was told that they were all sold out. (even though the website showed they had two, and had a guarantee that the website was up to date). I called this location and explained what I was looking for, the employee not only physically checked the store for the headbands, but he placed them on a hold for me. Thank you for helping me level up my Chiefs fandom!!!

Went in for a Sporting KC shirt and had large selection. Found very cool one. Was teasing one employee who must have been working on tags or a display cause kept coming and getting one of everything.

They had the perfect chiefs shirt. Given the fact it was the Thursday before the Superbowl it was packed. They had gotten in a shipment of shirts and dumped them on the card table because they needed all hands on register. People didnt seem to mind and just went through them. They had lots of styles and types. Happy I went. Go chiefs!

You had no Royals basket ball shorts available, and its baseball season. Was a little disappointed. You did have a couple different Chiefs available, that my Son loved.

Was in town for the game last weekend. My wife found a hoodie she wanted but they didnt have her size. I can not tell you the lengths Jennifer & Lisa went for us. Wide variety of team items. People very friendly and helpful. However, I was looking for mens pajama bottoms and what I found were the same PJs you can find at Walmart but double the price.

Fantastic selection of inventory. Huge store. Friendly and informative staff. I was able to find everything I needed for the Holidays. It was so convenient that I even ended up spending more than Id planned. Tis the season and now everyone is getting an extra gift.

Really awesome selection of everything! Especially K-State items. I came to purchase Christmas gifts, and found some really awesome things for a reasonable price. I even found a little something for myself. The staff is very friendly, and welcoming. Will most definitely return!!!

I ordered online for pickup and it said 2 hours. It was ready in less than 30 minutes. And they are so friendly.

Huge selection. Pack full of items. Not super friendly spot if you have a stroller or walker are in a wheelchair not alot walking space. But very nice and helpful staff.

My husband and I travel to Kansas City several times a year to visit family. We never miss the opportunity to visit Rally House in Shawnee Mission. Some things I contemplated buying had no prices on them.

After 3 days of No wonens SB tshirts larger than XL I gave up & ordered online with another merchant.

Great selection of merchandise for teams such as Chiefs, Royals, KU, K-State to name a few. Staff was friendly, helpful & knowledgable on products. Tad bit pricey but I feel like that is expected when purchasing team brand gear.

Pretty good selection. However, not as good a selection as the one by Oak Park Mall. It just our luck, all of their credit card processing was down. We waited a while for the cashier to try several of them.

Went in right when they opened. They had a helpful staff who helped me and my wife find the hat she wanted! Well be back for sure.
