I went to get white torillas, my mother loves those from Aries. There is a gentleman with glasses that need a correction in attitude, a customer service orientation and manners. There was no line and only my to attend and still this guy had poor manners.

This is the 3rd or 4rth time I came and they dont have white tortillas. I mean, Its their main product and they always ran out! I dont have 15 or 20 minutes to wait for tortillas every time I go there! They need to organize better.

How bout that attitude with my tortillas and the poor response from the location manager who said ni modo when I commented about being rushed to respond quickly. I was asked to move along cause I was slowing the customer flow with only one person behind me. As I responded is that how you treat customers I got a second NI MODO n was greated with a synical laugh. Well never mind then Ill buy from the guy on the next block n definitely spread the word of my poor experience.

Nice overall, when manager and/or boss is there it seems to go pretty well but when absent it isn’t very original of the staff. Tortillas are good here but they staff do not live to the reputation of the such. They lose one star on my review due to the employees not always being at their best.

One of the few places that make delicious tortillas. Other places are getting bad and horrible quality. Here its just good. No long lines ever. Fast workers. In and out in less than 3minutes.

Best, BEST, MOST AMAZING, BARBACOA EVER! The employees there are super nice and sweet call ahead on Sat and Sun if youre wanting it after 12pm. Its so good they sometimes ran out early! Ask for the Barbacoa Especial.

Today, 12/2/18, my mother in law went in and purchased 4 containers of menudo. Straight from the container it looked and smelled fine but when we started to eat it you could definitely tell there was something wrong with it. The tripe had a distinct spoiled flavor to it. Weve all had menudo numerous times in our lives and never have we experienced one as fowl and repulsing as the one we purchased at Tortilla Aries.The tripe had such a stench that we couldnt stomach to eat it. Our dogs even turned their cheek to it.My mother in-law went back to the store with the remaining two unopened containers of menudo in hopes to exchange it for the barbacoa that we normally get on Sundays (weve never purchased menudo here only ever their barbacoa and carnitas which are usually delicious) and the workers were extremely rude and defensive.She was not asking for her money back she only wanted to exchange the disgusting menudo for something more palatable. The owner (who did not present himself as the owner) told her that the cook tasted it and that it was fine. That there wasnt anything wrong with it and that they were not going to help her. Anyone with a nose and mouth cold tell there was something off about the menudo.My mother in law came back home empty handed and distressed with the way they treated her and swore never to purchase with them again.My husband called the store on 10th to see if there was anything they could do or point us to the direction of the manager of the Shary location and they gave us the number to the store in question and said to ask for Edgardo.My husband called and explained everything about the menudo being off and asked if there was anything he could do about it. The man on the phone said Oh no problem, as long as you have a receipt we can help you. Uhhhhhh okay?My mother in law had the receipt with her when she first went to return the menudo. Now you are giving us a different tone? The man realized who he was talking to and quickly changed his attitude. All of a sudden there was nothing he could do bc the owner, who had already left by the time we called, had already told my mother in law no. So the man who would not help her to begin with was the owner all along and we were on the phone with the Manager. I would give zero stars based on customer service alone. We will never return to this location again. Youre better off getting your menudo from Delias.

Sunday 8-14-26 9:40 called tortilleria to place an order person that answered said I Dnt have time I was passed to 3 different employees! & finally he ask me what I would like &!when I mention the first item he tells me what time will you be here to pick up I say 20 minutes & his response was well we have plenty of food you dont need to order ahead!! I mentioned I wont be picking up & hes said well no matter what you still need to get in line to pay!! Wow great service!

Foul smelling and off color meat used in menudo. Couldn’t get my money back, not even swap for a different food item. Don’t come here. Owner and manager are horrible and unprofessional. Never again.

People there think nothing of the great thing to see. You pay them a pound and they put you too much to charge more. They tell you just enough to go and nothing. The tortias are nothing like Carmelitas. Kind of people.

The warm yellow tortillas here are the best in the world, they are the only ones that I have eaten since I tried them.

Very poor service from your staff and manager. It seems they are doing you a favor instead of serving the customer. Good omelets, there are better ones here. I spoke to complain and an employee who did not want to identify himself was very rude, did not let me speak and told me that he did not have time to listen to me. Often very bad and with a huge bone that had almost no product. They did not want to change anything and I better hung up on them. The worst there is in mission in customer service. If they dont change, I wait and close

The white tortillas are very good, although sometimes they only have yellowOn Saturdays and Sundays they offer barbecue, the cheek one very tastyI prefer to go on Saturdays for the barbecue, because on Sundays there is a very long line and you have to wait a long time to be served

A special barbecue and the lamb of very good the first time the lamb is too dry but this time is very good

They are very tastywhite and yellow tortillas ... finally a very good Mexican tortilleriaAnd they also sell very good hot food .... 👍Now there is one in McAllen in the Hackberry and 10th immediately after the soon insurance..and in the Sharyland and Selena St is the other Aries tortillas

4.5. the Barbecue, the Menudo, the Carnitas and the tortillas, Very Good. Good prices.
