This Walmart sucks! They never answer, no one is ever available to assist you. Might as well not have employees if they aren’t going to be useful.

Texas Roadhouse is one of my favorite places to eat! My favorite dish is the chicken fried chicken with white gravy, a side of rice and mashed potatoes with white gravy! DELICIOUS!!! And my kids love it too!!! The yeast rolls are the bomb!!! We always have to order seconds!!!!

I hope someone reads this! There is a young lady named Mayra who was working this morning at 7am and she was the most helpful and kind employee I have ever encountered. She is wonderful and made my day! Great customer service and going above abd beyond. Thank you Mayra, appreciate you!

Manager MJ and team lead Mike are the worst! Terrible customer service and Terrible leadership! And dont ask for the store manager she is never there or on a conference call! Worst experience Ive ever had was going to this store!

When we went to shop for offers throughout the online coupons, we coul not find anything that showed it was supposed to be there. Then around the jewelry section we overheard an employee telling another employee to make sure and go around and scan the items n put them up for later. This is not a surprise. I know of one employee that used to say co workers would hide items so they could get them for themselves even more cheaper by using their employee discount. This is pretty messed up. Might as well go to HEB plus or even Target if this is the case. I know this might happen Im any other store as well. But at least HEB n Target I have had the luck to find special coupons items that some people actually may be hoping to use now these days with the way the pandemic hurt many of us financially. SO MUCH FOR WALMART LOOKING OUT FOR THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS. I say the hell with staying loyal. Im out.

Good service in the store. Salvador employees in the food section . He was very attentive with his help. The restrooms clean and the store clean. The parking lot clean.

I Purchased tires online and schedule an appointment to get it installed at this location like a week after I made the purchase.I get on time to my appointment, they told me that they were running a little late on the appointments but I can left the car and it supposed to be ready in 1 1/2 to 2hrsSo after I stay at the store walking around (2 hrs) waiting for them to call me.I get back (to check the status) at the tires department and the manager on charge, Andres, told me that they were waiting for me so they can be able to start the process of installation because I order the tires online.Really? After 2hrs they told me it was my fault they can’t start with my car.So I went to the pick up location (because Andres told me I need to go there) the guy on that department walk with me back to the tires department and explain Andres how he supposed to do it by him self and get the tires.This manager Andrés didn’t give me an apologize for his mistake he just ignored me.I need to wait for another hour to be able to get my car done.Terrible service for this location

I had a lovely day shopping in your store. I ended up with a FULL cart. I was very happy until I went to the checkout area. No lanes open with check out employee to help me. By this time I am very tired and unhappy. I practically had to beg someone to help me. Finally one of the two ladies available came over to help me, as I have never checked MYSELF out of any store before IN MY LIFETIME OF 73 YEARS! I explained to her that we had only two options. She could help me checkout my ginormous cart, or I could just walk out the door leaving everything for them to put back into your inventory. The sweet ladys name is Eleonora. I want to thank her for the help she gave me. So, I may NEVER come back to this store. My total bill was over $275.00. And I refuse to do extra work for you just so you can get rid of employee positions. You SUCK.

I find everything here and i love their new self checkout registers.

I bought groceries for myself & another person. I requested someone check me out & the supervisor got a nice young gentleman to help scan & pack my groceries. I thanked him & the supervisor.It takes alot of energy & time to buy groceries etc. Then scan, load in cart then load in car, unload & put in appropriate places in your home. They need at least two lines open at peak times to check people out. Especially the elderly, handicapped & people who buy alot of products. If this does not happen I will not shop at Walmart again.

It took them 2 hrs and 37 minutes to change a tire. I had to sit on the floor since there are no chairs due to COVID. Worst service Ive ever experienced, it even makes me laugh of how incredible the wait was. I know they get paid by the hour but that doesnt give them the right to make customers waste their time.

I found everything I need and check out was very quick. ❤

Its perfect!, also at self check-out if you see the Twix bars are saying left but theyre on the right and right on the left...well...that was me, I flipped them around LOL

Came in at 6:10am to purchase the new Pixel Buds-A and was told to wait till 6:30am. Waited till 7am until someone was able to find someone with keys. WalMart should get fined from Google for their lack of product placement and sales. Give your team leads access to the keys... WalMart you dropped the ball big time.

This is my main Walmart. They have practically everything you may be looking for. The produce area can use some work. They also need stock up on their whey protein section.

This Wal Mart is like no other. You can find aliens and ghost here. I honestly never expected to find such an amazing grocery store.

Great shop to find anything like food, clothes, shoes, movies, music, guns, camping gear and etc.

The service is neutral, you go to any grocery store and you will just get what you need and leave. They have random specials and not all the stores carry the same products. However, i was able to find this to try out new foods and snack. I would like to see more international foods to try at home without the need of spending much money at a restaurant.

My 35 year old husband who is 6’3 225lbs with a full beard got denied to buy beer at 10pm because he had a Visa as identification. She rolled her eyes when he asked in Spanish what the problem was and when I offered with my Texas drivers license Amy from self pay just replied with “nope nope nope”. Horrible customer service. Instead of explaining the policy or apologizing foe the inconvenience like a normal person she turned her back and when I questioned if I could go do another transaction at another check out I just got a cold should with more “nope nope” responses. I even asked so if I come in with my 4 year old you’d deny me cause he doesn’t have a Texas ID?? She was so rude. Shame to the company. I’ve never had problems with customer service in the 7 years I’ve been coming to this Walmart in Sharyland.

Went to Wal-Mart on Saturday morning. No registers open. Self check out only. This is very inconvenient for seniors and handicapped people. Customers shouldnt be forced to check themselves out. We dont work here. Tried to call the store to complain, but no one would answer the phone. We dont have this kind of trouble at H.E.B., so well shop there in the future.

All basic products, and the employees are not helpful. But ive come to expect that from Walmart. So guess its normal...

I went to the IBC Bank thats on the inside of Walmart this past Sunday. Who ever heard of bank open on Sundays? I needed change, quarters, and dollars, they were happy to oblige. Just about everyone goes to Walmart or has at one time or another and having a bank in the store is a great convenience.

Missing lots of items on the shelf. Ended up going to a different store.

Exceptionally clean store. Sales clerks and workers very friendly and helpful.

This Walmart is just like any other Walmart. The shelves were well stocked and had a good selection of all your normal shopping list needs. The store itself was quite clean and well-organized. The staff was very busy but also very helpful and friendly. The self-checkout section was double the size of a normal store, estimating thirty self-checkout stations on one side. I went here for minor shopping needs and was not disappointed. Thank you.

Good place to shop, found most products easily & helpful personnel assisted us with those products we couldnt locate on our own. Only one product they did not have on their shelve they did not have. SMUCKERS SIMPLY FRUIT .

Great even though it was very packed at the registers. I do suggest more cashier to respect customers time as well do keep people moving in and out of the store faster though.

Only go there if you must and be prepared to be your own checkout person. HEB still has checkers and is fully stocked!

Great variety of stuff when it’s available. Huge lines with these pandemics and Texans lights shut off on the coldest day recorded since who knows when. Other than that, robots are taking over the store, (not that kind of robot)🤖from scanning and bagging your own items to a recording of everyone’s face and movements. Picking up something you purchased online will lead you to a towering tower of dispensary pleasures completely automated by a handy scanner. Of course there are a handful of lucky employees left to handle several registers at once, watching everyone’s moves with understanding, uncomfortable, suspicious eyes. Finally a receipt check by another employee making sure nothing slipped by accidentally of course. Other than that the place is great.

I like going to Walmart because its clean the workers are polite and friendly.

Went looking for lighter fluid because I saw it advertirse and market as in store on the website. The cashier told they dont carry it anymore due to safety concerns.

Staff very nice and polite and very helpful in finding what I was looking for. Items easy to find and store is very clean and safety measures are enforced by staff as soon as you approach store doors.

Walmart is always dependable and always has everything we need. I do have to say the Sharyland location is my least favorite, due to the amount of mess or missing staff at all times.
