I called to ask about retailers who might be selling a wonderful Marwood cheese I was seeking (Carolina reaper cheese) that had been discontinued at a grocery I frequented, and was directed to voicemail. It turned out to be the PRESIDENT, Mark Woodard. I thought there had been a mistake, but left a message anyway. Mr. Woodard called me back within 15 minutes -- even though he was away on travel -- with information on how I could find out about other local retailers who might be carrying the cheese I sought.
