This place is very unorganized, they tell me one date and then there like no there not ready til another date and then they couldn’t find my order it was just horrible experience

Honestly I do not know where to start. I do not recommend anyone to buy from this place. My younger brother started athletics in August and we asked if we could get the uniform made. It has been 3 months and my brother has not received his uniform which unfortunately made my family and I order the uniforms in another place. I do not recommend you to buy from this place. 👎

Shirts are so expensive to buy, that my kids schools told us logos arent required, thank goodness!! They used to sell the school logo ones by the pack, 5 for the week (Mon-Fri). Now theyre selling them individually. Before you could get all 5 for about $55. Now each one is like $14 or so I think, that it comes out to $70 not including taxes. And the majority of the families have more than one child. Last year they had a special, I believe, all 5 shirts for $25! Since I didnt know about that until after school started I wasnt able to take advantage of that great offer!Only good thing about this business, and I will be honest, is that their shirts are great quality! Logos arent easy to fall or come off!!

I took in a new company shirt to have the logo embroidered on another new shirt. After a week I went by to pick it up and a male individual nervously put the company shirt on the bottow of the bag and shoved the new shirt on top. Without displaying the work they had done. In the car I looked at the work which is acceptable but my company shirt was all cut up, like with a razor blade. I went back to complain and they mentioned that the shirt was already like that when I dropped it off. Do not take any of your clothes to them if you want to see it in wearable condition when you pick it up. Id like to know who the owner is.

If you’re willing to be forgotten, wait over a month for 6 shirts, be told they will be ready on one day and have to wait yet another week, never receive replies to emails and have to be the one to call when you don’t receive a response, THEN this is the place for you. Sure, the quality of work is ok and I’m sure the owner is a good person despite being a bad businessman...I will never have anything made here again.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, POORLY ORGANIZED, UNDEPENDABLE!I came in and ordered (at different days) a certain amount of shirts and got my package. I trusted the person counting and did not have 8 out of my 40 or so shirts. I went back and asked about my missing 8 shirts and was told that I would not receive them. I had to order 8 more and came back about two weeks later. I was told that those 8 shirts were not documented, because it was hand written, and the owner didnt remember the transaction. So I had to buy those 8 shirts, at a discount and buy other shirts at a higher cost. After 4 WEEKS I DID NOT RECEIVE MY SHORTS BECAUSE THEY DID NOT GET TO IT. I let it go without a refund but my advisor attempted to get the shirts from them for those who bought the shirts from us. WE STILL HAVE NOT GOT THEM. THIS HAPPENED NEAR OCT. OF 2016! People have a responsibility to choose businesses that are respectable establishments that work to serve their customers. This business meets none of those standards.
