I was very unsatisfied with the work. Workers came back to rectify the situation and were let in by my daughter. When I came in from the back yard to talk to them they had already gone. When I went in my bathroom to change my wedding ring was gone. I had worn it all morning and taken it off to swim in the backyard about a half hour before they arrived. My daughter let one worker in, but when she went back upstairs she heard voices, realizing that more men had entered. When I called the company to tell them my wedding ring was missing, they told me there were five men in the house that day. My wedding ring is gone, and is not of case of being misplaced. It was stolen from the workers hired by South TX Surfacing Solutions. Police reports have been filed. And to top it off, the work that they did does not by any means meet expectations!

Do not use this company! I paid for a countertop through Lowes and South Texas Surfacing were the installers. They damaged my walls and produced an inferior product after they had promised verbally and in writing that the seam would be seamless. Their crew were 2 hours 45 minutes late and it was getting dark. They asked my contractors crew to help them carry the granite upstairs and to borrow floodlights to install in the dark. They used a hand grinder instead of the wet saw and diamond grinder to cut the seam and did not clean up after themselves. The owner, Jorge had promised that the seam would be seamless. The owners sister, Norma promised and I have her text to that affect that the seam would be seamless. After having receive pix of the seam, Norma, agreed the job was inferior and texted and even said it was not a good job. I have this text still. This company needs to take ownership instead of making excuses for my having an inferior seamed product, instead of seamless. I have requested remuneration for using my contractors crew and damaging my walls that needed to be patched, textured and painted, plus either pay me to have another installer do the job right or compensation for just keeping the slab, so my condo can be completed and they not damage anymore of my property.
