Very helpful and patient with me. Started with a 10X25 unit and then downsized twice, 10X10, and finally a 5X10. Buildings are clean, asphalt between buildings is fairly clean and picked up. Pleasant people to deal with.

STAY AWAY!!! I was a customer for YEARS. Last year, I asked them to lower my rate. I was paying $200/month while suffering through covid. They kept saying I had to pay on the first, every month, or they couldnt even negotiate with me. It didnt matter if I paid every month on the fifth or the seventh. If they didnt have it on the first, they wouldnt talk.The manager was unhelpful and unforgiving. I called them last week to tell them I was clearing out my unit and they still want me to pay $200/month though I cleared out in 5 days. Loyalty meant NOTHING here.I will NEVER rent from this company again.I gave two stars for the woman at the front desk. Kate, I think. Shes wonderful.

Rachel was so helpful and helped me find the perfect storage unit! Units were clean and so was property. She went above and beyond to make sure we found the right size space for what we were storing

Stacy was extremely helpful in getting me into a storage unit quickly. Make sure to call ahead as theyre in high demand and you dont want to lose your spot. Ive been using them for 3 months now and my unit has been safe, no water damage (despite lots of rain), and the property is immaculate. I will definitely recommend this storage place to others. Stacy has a very friendly attitude and it quickly felt like I was an important member of her community. Keep up the good work yall!

Oh my gosh. This place is awesome. The service & friendliness of Stacey was exemplary. I feel so confident in keeping my stuff here. Shes super conscientious, even swept the asphalt in front of our unit when she showed it to us. Fun to talk to and you really feel like she has your interests at heart. The unit was clean and access felt very well secured & supervised. I highly recommend using this storage facility; youll be very glad you did.

Great storage facility. I cant recall who signed me up initially, but she was very accommodating; showing me the various sizes and explaining pricing that would fit my needs. I picked the small one and was glad I did. Just enough space!!!! Every time I went to it, it was clean, no bugs or spiders, and dry. When checking out Stacy was very nice and professional, and made the end of rental experience hassle free.

Glad to be done with it. Nothing got damaged in storage / the gate didnt always work. Otherwise we didnt enjoy the 30% increase in rate after several months (just cause, not because we were late on payments) and I certainly didnt enjoy the late fee that one freak time after the rate increase. Didnt matter we were dealing with moving/being out of town/credit card theft/other life stuff. Two stars is the best I can offer this place.

Have rented at this facility in the past and just got a unit for winter storage of summer equipment. Easy access from the Interstate. Foxridge Dr provides quick access from two directions. Clean and very visible for safety and security.

Got exactly the storage unit that I needed & the customer service that I received was excellent. Stacy showed me my unit, installed the lock & made sure that I knew how to use it. The paperwork portion took even less time than she was estimating. She was patient and very thorough when it came to the billing and check out procedures. Whatever she is getting paid, you should double it. One of the best jobs that I have seen in a while, promoting the company name. A job very well done.

Literally the worst storage i have ever rented. Never answer the phone or return messages. Stopped at the office many times during business hours and there was a sign on the door with a time for them to be back usually hours later. Units and property are disgusting, trash everywhere. Manager stacey has always been extremely rude and overall short and not helpful. The two positive things, the lady that rented me my unit and then the current assistant there was super helpful.

I have been in my unit for 3 years and I have been very happy with every aspect of my experience renting at Public Storage! The property manager Kandice makes everything quick, easy and convenient. She called and notified me when I forgot to pay my rent so I wouldnt have to pay a late fee. She does a great job managing everything so I dont have to worry about my stuff. I have really enjoyed working with her and Public Storage!

Popped in to Public Storage to see which size space Id need and lo, and behold, Stacy appeared, an East End angel in the flesh! She took me to eyeball the space, explained the locks and in/out codes, walked me through the digital contract, and, voila, the deed was done! If only everyone in a customer service job was 1/2 as efficient, cheery and professional, the world would be a better place!

This storage facility us priced right, in a good location, and I was able to pull right up to my storage space with a U-HAUL moving truck and unload without a problem. The staff was great to work with, they were fast and knowledgeable and made renting the space quick and easy.

A very huge thank you to Kandice for being so helpful when I needed short term storage. She was very nice and helpful to me and my family. She answered questions and helped us fill out all our paperwork. She also personally showed me to where our stall was and gave some great pointers in how to protect our items.

This is probably one of the best customer service anyone could ever ask for. Nannette was a great help although she stated that she was training, she did a very detailed job of explaining the requirements to getting a storage. She engaged in warming conversations to eliminate awkward client to customer moment. Pam was also great, she participated in the conversations and made sure the energy was positively good. Kandice was also present during my visit and together these 3 make a very strong team and would impress any client that walks through those doors. Great way to start my busy day, in my opinion all 3 of these women deserve a raise or at least a well deserved compensated gesture from management.
