Staff is very helpful and friendly. Even though other similar stores are closer to where we live we will return here for any future needs.

This place is owned and operated by painfully underqualified individuals. I was in there for an hour trying to get a breast pump and I had to listen to the owner argue with my insurance about his payment, after it was established that I was fully covered. Absolutely unprofessional and they should not be in this business. I hope they go broke.

Robert was very helpful and provided prompt delivery of a rental device that looked and performed like new at a very competitive price. Express Care provided much better service all the way around compared to the big name companies in town that we used in the past.

I came here for a nebulizer and was greeted so warmly by the owners. Was very pleased to find that they take insurance (many med supply places don’t) and that their prices without insurance is comparable to what you find online. Noted that they carry ACA-covered breast pumps, and was assured that, should something go wrong with any equipment purchased, they’d be happy to assist me in finding a solution. This is a new small business and I’m glad to recommend them.
