I bought my tires from Walmart Tire canter about 6 months ago. They have been very accommodating everytime I need to get my tires rotated and balanced. I an very 8mpressed with how professional they have been. I would definitely buy tires from here again and give the team 5 stars! Excellent!

Forget trying to do business here no one will answer phone and when I talked to a manager they told me that they were not taking any more customers, I was shocked how does a store like this stay in business?

I bought tires on Walmart.com to have installed at Walmart tire center. For two weeks I have been trying to reach the auto center to set up an appointment. Apparently the auto center has been shut down due to not paying employees a living wage the entire time I’ve been trying but NOT ONE of the employees I spoke with told me this. They would just send the call to the auto center where it would ring for 20-30 minutes until I hung up. Absurd way to operate a business.

Completely closed 2hrs early due to staffing with no website update. Drove 30mins for nothing.

Not reliable. Cheap tires. Very unexperienced employees. Overall I would not recommend Walmart tires or their auto repair service.

You know I find very insulting when you wait for an oil change with no cars in front of you and the workers stare at you waiting for you to leave. Congratulations employees of Walmart you win. Don’t come here and waste your money. It’s a waste of time and you’ll find more help almost anywhere else.

10 times better than Les Schwab. Still nowhere near professional.Came in for my appointment and they couldnt find my tires so they told me they werent there. got a call the next day saying they had them the whole time and to come in. I went in and was told to stay because it would take 30 minutes to put on 2 tires. It took 4 hours and when it was done, the spare tire wasnt secured properly. I walked up behind the MANAGER of the department and heard him say I hope we dont have the key to fix that..... Pretty funny cause he used the key to put it on wrong... Looks like they hire anybody but at least theyre on camera so they cant damage vehicles like Les Schwab.

Ordered tires online. scheduled an appointment. tire delivery came in late, which is fine, but the link wont let me reschedule and if you try calling the auto care center. literally no one will answer the phone. pathetic. Just rang for 10 minutes straight. then i get an auto answer that says your call is very important to us.... ya Im sure it is...

When I arrived, I had two warnings, oil change required and fuel filters need replaced. They got us in, but did not have the right oil for our powerstroke 6.7l. Had to get 3 jugs of the shelf. When they were done, they cleared the wrong warning message but otherwise, everything went well. I was just traveling through and they got me on my way.

Tires are cheap but they dont hire technicians that understand the basics which is extremely dangerous. I had to ask a manager teice to have my spare tire secured to the vehicle instead of hanging loosely. I also had to stop them from putting the two new tires on the front of a rear wheel drive vehicle....

Arrived at 11am for a quick oil change and new tires. Left at 4pm. Not so quick I guess. Dont go here if you are in a hurry. If you need to shop for 5 hours than its perfect.

I got off work at 7 am to be told there was no staff to do an oil change. He said come back tomorrow. I head there after work at 7am. And now i wait 20 minutes to be told the same thing. Not impressed.

Its funny that I got this asking me to review Wal-Mart eye center. Well heres a story for you. A year ago I was in a rehabilitation Center and in desperate need of glasses I could not see I was having headaches and the young lady at the eye center in kalispell worked with my mother to not only get the glasses rush order to me in treatment but they also paid for them and the shipping true storyThanks again Kalispell Wal-Mart eye center

If I could leave zero stars I would. Worst customer service. It took 2 hours to get a new battery put in. Waited to pay for 15 mins and seriously considered just leaving without paying. No communication or apologies for the wait. Should have gone to jiffy lube. Will never go back for car service. Willing to pay more money for better service.

They are a waste of time, literally. I stood at thier counter for over 1/2 hour trying to get some tire nobody helped me, they had people working just not at the critical intake point. I would highly suggest taking your business elsewhere like I did, Firestone is open on weekends full shop. Les Schwab offer great prices and has lots of location. Midas is also a good local shop.

Over the past year Ive gone multiple times to this specific TLE. Each time I have been disapointed. Today I went to get one of my tires fixed, cause it had a hole in it from a nail, I sat in the waiting room for 3 hours. I had been pushed back due to appointments and they had lost my work order 4 times. So not only are they extremely shortstaffed, theyre also slow and disorganized.The previous time I went this to TLE I went for an oil change and tire rotation. That time I sat in the waiting room for 4 hours.This a reoccurring problem. This isnt new and sadly it just keeps getting worse. They didnt use to be this way. They used to be decent, actually got stuff done in a timely manner. I had been loyal for so long because they had been capable of doing a good job. Now...Trust me folks, you dont want to go here for your typical car maintence. If you do be prepared to sit for a long period of time.

On the phone Salvatore said they could do an alignment and install tires if I come in. When I got there Joseph told me they had a staffing issue and couldnt do it today. He finally grudgingly agreed to install the tires when Salvatore confirmed that he had agreed to do it. Joseph then told me that he couldnt do alignments and tried to up-sell me tires that I dont need. Thanks for wasting my time

GREAT EXPERIENCE!! Went here to get a couple new batteries for my diesel truck. Wasn’t expecting a whole lot because Walmart has declined in service over the years. The woman at the counter was beyond helpful getting me in quick and the batteries installed. She gave me a quote on tires as well. The guy who installed the batteries did a top notch job and even used anticorrosion spray on the terminals which I wouldn’t have thought to do if I had done it myself. Thank you!!!

The tires are fine at a good price. Getting my car back 2 hours later with uneven tire pressure is far from okay.My requirements: Front 33psi Rear 32psi. Simple right?What I got: Front Driver 47psi, Front Passenger 41psi Rear Passenger 39psi, Rear Driver 35psi.Tire pressure is very important Walmart!

DO NOT GET YOUR OIL CHANGED HERE. Got my oil changed 2000 miles ago in a months time period. During that time my car started acting funny. Upon further exception there was way too much oil in the engine, inch and half above the full line. So I started to pull some out. The oil was extremely black and sludgy as I pulled 1 and 1/4 quart out of the engine getting back to a normal level. I requested full synthetic. On top of that the oil filter was not changes as indicated on the receipt. It was obviously not changed and they seemingly just added oil to the car without draining. I inspected the drain plug and the seal hadnt been broken recently. Now my engine knocks on start up. I think i caught it in time for any major damage but not OK! But hey at least the vacuumed the floor.

Waited for 3 1/2 hours for one tire to be changed, I watched for 2 1/2 hour or more and didn’t see a single person touch my car and I didn’t see any other car there either. Would of been okay had I got a discount but they didn’t even call me when they were done I had to call them and my tire pressures are still off too. The people seemed nice but this is some bull...

Left me on hold for hours. If its within an hour of closing time dont even bother.

If you don’t mind hanging out in Walmart all day or can drop your car off, then maybe it’d be worth the money. I waited for 7 hours and after I was told I was good to go, I saw they had forgotten to put the metal studs in my tires. Waited in total for almost 8 hours to have new tires put on. You’re probably doing them a favor by not going in since they are so short staffed.

Great and quick for oil changes. I probably wont do much more than that here; their mechanics arent paid much more than $12 an hour. Any other lube shop technician is paid more but so much job duties too.

They do a pretty good job, but you should plan 2 to 3 hours regardless of what service you get. Decent service, garbage wait time. I came in for a lifetime balance service and waited 3 hours.

The deals online for tires are competitively priced. The service however is garbage. I ordered my tires online and set an appointment with them. I waited 30min before my name was even taken. I already paid for the tires and it took them another 2hours to install my tires.Upon completion there was a lug nut missing from my rear tire. The techs said it was gone before installation and they didnt have any nuts for purchase.3 hours later, I drive away from Walmart with new tires but missing a lug nut on my rear tire.

Honestly, if I could give this zero starts, I absolutely would in a heart beat. I brought my truck in to have the oil and filter changed. While I waited for it to be done, I walked around to do some shopping. After an hour of waiting, I went to the desk to check the status. They never even started it. I had an appointment to be to and they didnt even seem sympathetic or care. I usually go to Jiffy Lube, but I needed it done and Walmart was close to where I was. Next time, I will drive the extra 2 miles to get way better service and to get my truck in and out in about an hour.

I tried to make an appointment here more than three times in over a week and was told I couldn’t because of a staff shortage and to try first come first serve. When I had the chance to come in for first come first serve service, they said I had to wait 4-5 hours for service because reservations came first. Would not come here again.

Not impressed

Horrible customer service. We made an appointment and drove 60 miles to get tires put on. When we showed up we were told they were under staffed and would not put tires on our truck.

I went to change my oil on my Corolla and they said it will be ready in about 1h and 15 min. So, I came back and they told me they declined service due to lack of tools. I’m pretty sure it’s a lie because I change my oil there every time it was due. In the past, there wasn’t any issue. Also, any oil change shop suppose to have proper tools. They might’ve done something wrong with it.

When I called to ask about a warranty on a car battery, Doug answered the phone was very helpful and kind. He was able to get me the information I needed in a timely manner. Thank you!

Worst customer service. Only ordered 1 tire, when I needed a set of 4. Didnt bother to call me when the full set of tires arrived. Didnt bother to call again when the tires were done being installed. Forgot to tell me about the full cost of service, so my final bill was at least $90 more than originally priced. The guy manning the register hacked phlegm into his hand, then just wiped it on his pants before dealing with customers. I hope I never have to deal with this shop again.

I wanted to buy 2 tires for the front of my car in the middle of winter. They refused to sell me any tires unless I bought all 4 and claimed it was a safety issue. My advice is to not go there if you have a flat you need a tire or any other service. If this is a company policy they are going to cost someone their life.

They were very kind and understanding. We were on a roadtrip, just passing though Missoula and found a bulge in our tire. They replaced it and the manager even called one of his guys off lunch early so he could get our car serviced quicker, as we had 5 kids with us.

Can wait a while but good prices

Would highly recommend only using this place in emergencies. Is very confusing when you pull up because nothing is clearly marked. Ended up standing in line for 15 minutes only to have them tell me to go back outside in a different line.

Great job on the oil change but they said they vacuumed the mats, cleaned the windshield and a bunch of other courtesy stuff that didnt get done.

Very good tires and cheap you can get oil change right there and do your shopping all in one place!

Had 2 flats within 2 weeks of each other on 2 different vehicles and they were able to fix both of them and it only cost $10 each!! Very happy with this service center!!

I will never use walmart again for tires. I would rather shell out more money to know my property wont be abused. I personally withnessed an employee who I am assuming was the same guy who just installed 600 dollars worth of brand new tires on my vehicle do a burn out, and then was attempting to do doughnuts in my vehicle. After he had attempted it several times i confronted the employee and giving him a chance to own up to what he did he said the clutch slipped and it got away from him. Which I could understand maybe happening once to someone who isnt familiar with a stick shift car, but not several times in a row. Truely disappointed with the level of pride these people have in there jobs.

Woman was rude on the phone and then told me they dont sell tires for my Chevy SUV. Get a clue Walmart and hire better employees. Ill take my $600 elsewhere.
