This place SAVED our bacon! We were traveling through on our way home (towing our 30’ trailer) and the serpentine belt on diesel truck came off (thankfully in the KOA campground and NOT while heading down the highway since we lost power steering and brakes). We called around and he was the only one that said he’d get it done for us same day, which he did! He even offered to come pick up my husband when done. I’m not sure of his name (husband talked to him) but he was awesome! He got the job done, did not charge us enough in my opinion, gave my husband some great pointers and was very friendly. We could not be happier with the service and overall experience. Thank you so much for being there for us and getting us back on the road!!!!!!!

My truck sat at their shop for 3 weeks before they even looked at it and only started work on it when I informed them I was taking it elsewhere. The part they ordered was bad so they ordered another one, the replacement part was and is still bad and they refuse to fix or replace. Unfortunately I will have to take them to small claims to get the situation resolved

The little air doors under the dash that regulate the heat and defrost were not functioning. The dealer quoted me $1100. to repair. These guys did it faster, better and for about $450. I recommend them to anyone who wants good work at a very fair price.

Excellent service. These guys got my truck in and back on the road in no time and were very reasonable with their pricing. Quality and efficient work. Ive never written a review before in my life, but I felt the need to about Maxxed Out. Great work all the way around.

I got referred to maxxed out by a friend of mine in seeley for the issues on my truck. I got several quotes from other shops in zoo and he was by far the best. I asked some friends in town about him and was told the shop was as good or better than most. After first contact with the shop i was very impressed with the knowledge and how far he came to diagnose my issues with the truck. They took the time out of their weekend to fix my truck and were very accommodating while i was at the shop and waited for it to be completed. I can say that the truck now ripps and weve made some new friends out of the deal. Im going to go back this week and have more stuff done to the duramax. I wouldnt even hesitate to have them do the work. Thank you Maxxed Out Performance cant wait to see what the future brings as Ive found a new addition with this truck.

This is past due a few days. But to make a long story short we want to share our experience. We traveled from Charlotte NC with our 30 trailer to attend a wedding in Missoula. First problem was tire and bearing on trailer. Shout-out to Les Schwab for allowing us to camp in their parking lot for the night until they fixed that. Then.....in the stress my husband put diesel exhaust fuel in the gas tank. It was the weekend so everything was closed. We left a message at Maxx Performance and Travis called first thing Monday morning. He gave my husband advice and told him to bring it right in. He dropped everything to get these weary travellers on the road. He went above and beyond as did Alan! You dont find service and friendliness better than them. We are on the road again, no issues and Travis set us up with a diagnostic monitor and let us know he is only a phone call away no matter where we are!!! Took our pickup in to have the injectors replaced and we end up with a bigger problem than what we went in with. We have to take it to other shops to correct the problems. It burns oil. It has dumped diesel in the crankcase since the injectors were replaced.

I wish I could give negative stars for how both myself and my vehicle were treated. After many months and lots of dollars, my vehicle was driving worse. I then took my vehicle to the dealership where their technicians report blew me away with how carelessly Maxxed Out Performance returned my vehicle to me. The owner was dishonest on many occasions. Disappointed and cheated is how I feel after taking my business to this mechanic.

Travis is a class act. I called him up to see if he had a south bend clutch kit, he didn’t, but he called another local shop and grabbed the part for me. He then installed the kit while I waited. Unfortunately I live in California or I’d take my rig to him for all work.

Have never done business with these guys, never will, but they operate on Clark st & Mary avenue and line the public street where people live with all their vehicles for their private business. I can only imagine the type of work they do with that type of business mentality. Some Trucks have sat there for months and months! Ridiculous!
