Had someone come to my house this week to work on water purification issue. Walked in with no mask without even asking if he needed one, almost daring me to ask. Doesn’t matter which side of a political divide you are on, it’s just courtesy to ask. What if I was caring for an elderly person in the house. What’s it going to be next time? Showing up without a shirt and shoes? No thanks.

Have called 3 times to get scheduled for service. The woman on the phone always says she has to check with someone first and will call back. She has NEVER returned a call.

We rented a house that had a Culligan water softener in it. Culligan came over and dropped off a bunch of salt for for the softener. Months later someone came to drop off more salt just to discover the machine is not working, the technician fixed the problem. That was 5 months into it and they still expect us to pay for when it was not working. Awesome! Wish my business worked like that.

Frustrating service. Typically have to call 3 times to get anything done.

Called three times over the course of my 7 year contract to ask how mush I ha left on my payments until I owned the system. They failed to tell me all three times that at some point the payments dont count to purchase anymore. Really shady after I had been both a softener and undersink filtration system for several years! I had the systems removed after that and they didnt even restore my plumbing to its original setup. They just flex taped over the holes.
