You’re greeted with mimosas, smiles, and the friendliest staff when you enter. Brandy does an incredible job listening to your wants and brings you dresses that meet your preferences and budget. She helps you narrow down their large selection to find your dream dress. Brandy truly cares about the bride’s opinion and steers the appointment in that direction. I found my wedding dress at Last Best Bridal and I would recommend any other future bride to shop here as well.

I was greeted at the door as I walked in, the people were very nice and professional. I really connected with the staff in trying on each dress figuring out what part I didnt like and moving on. They were determined to make sure I left with the perfect dress that day, and so I did. I felt like a princess being catered with mimosas and snacks and thinking of every little detail to make my experience outstanding!

Brandy at Last Best Bridal was phenomenal! She was prepared before we even stepped in the door (thanks to the survey) and understood my vision. She made us so comfortable and was an expert guide through the process. Literally the first dress I tried on was THE one! Highly recommend!

This is a store you hope stays in the valley for a long long time! My daughter was so spoiled by Brandy when trying on dresses. The attention given to her and selection provided was amazing. In the end my little girl found her fairytale wedding dress. I couldnt be happier!

My friends and I had gone to one other shop before this and was nowhere near comparable to the last best bridal shop!Brandy helped me and was absolutely amazing. As the mother of the bride, I absolutely love this place! Well worth the drive from 2 hours away. My daughter was listened to and they did all that they could to help us find the right dress, and they respected our budget. Theyre shop is gorgeous and a blend of Montana and modern. The dresses are hanging outside of bags so you can touch them all. The staff were supper helpful. Absolutely the best experience!!!!! They served us Amazing danishes from a local bakery, coffee, latte, hot cocoa, Chi tea, water... We had fun too!

My mom and I had a great experience shopping here for my wedding dress! We were a little early, but they invited us in anyway and let us get started right away. Jim provided us with complimentary drinks, and there were even snacks available for guests. Brandy was helpful, kind, and able to stay within my budget and design style. She picked the dress I ended up choosing, and it was perfect! Highly recommend shopping here for your dream dress!

This place is so amazing! I had gone to another store and left feeling overwhelmed and lost, not sure what I wanted. I felt rushed and was so panicked I wasn’t going to find a dress, I drove several hours to go to Missoula and thought I was going to leave empty handed. I had stopped by The Last Best Place Bridal and they were booked but Brandy’s husband was going to check in with Brandy to see if there was anything they could do. I ended up getting a call from Brandy saying she would stay open late for me. When my family and I got there, we were welcomed with such a warm welcome! I briefly told her how the day went and showed a few pictures of what I thought I wanted and she pulled a few dresses for me. I ended up getting my dress there and it was exactly what I was looking for 🥰 they never rushed us out the door after staying late, gave a lot of wedding ideas, great to chat with and just overall amazing! My little sister wants to invite them to my wedding and said “I can see us being good friends with them.” Can’t day enough good things about this place, thank you for everything. ❤️

Last Best Bridal was my favorite shop in Missoula, by far! They’ve got so many options and styles and the pricing is on point. Brandy was absolutely wonderful, she made the whole experience fun, comfortable and genuine - you can really feel the love she puts into this business. I have never left a review for anything, Im way too lazy for it. But this place was so incredible and need all the praise in the world. I didnt like the wedding dress I bought originally from another shop and saw a dress in here while prom dress shopping with my fiancees sister and she asked Jim, the jewelry man (who was wonderful and had amazing customer service) if I could try on some dresses and him and the two ladies helping me try on dresses stayed late to help me. We were given treats and amazing service- the whole place is practically shut off just for you! I ended up trying on the dress I saw originally and loving it more than any dress I had tried on! I teared up and was sent with flowers and lots of fun surprises, including $300 wedding band for my fiancee and $99 tuxes for each of his groomsmen and one to keep for life. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place and am so thankful they helped me find the dress I am confident and feel beautiful in!

If you want the bridal dress shopping experience, this is the place to go. Brandy is absolutely amazing. First thing shell do is get you and your party settled comfortably on the couches, with refreshments(!), and explain the whole process so everyone understands what is expected of them. Shell then confirm what youre looking for in a dress and then go shopping for you. She takes away all the overwhelm youd feel browsing through the racks of beautiful dresses. She is extremely transparent about what shes doing and why and is soo generous when giving discounts on items.Brandy and Jim have hands down the best bridal shop in Missoula and it certainly doesnt hurt that they like to throw in jewelry from the Adair Jewlers side of their business as well!

My Fiance came here with family to get a dress while out of town. She had an awesome experience and found the perfect one and even told me the staff was great. She called me before leaving the place for me to come to the shop and look at rings. We even found the perfect rings, again the staff was awesome and friendly. I will gladly drive from Boise, ID to come see this shop as the service, variety, and the value you get for what you spend is INCREDIBLE. YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!

One and only place you will ever need to go for a wedding dress. The experience (as mother of the bride) was amazing. My daughter who was a little nervous at first had an incredible experience. We came from out of town and spent the night so we could fit in a stop here and another. Honestly wish we had skipped the other stop (such a waste of time). Words cannot describe you need to experience it. Oh and yes she painlessly found the perfect dress.

AHH MAZING!!! Last Best Bridal is truly the best! Everybody working there is so sweet and kind! They treated me and my party like royalty the entire time we were there. They took my feedback into account and my parties while making it easy to pick the dress of my dreams. I 100% recommend Last Best Bridal to ANY bride in the area. They didn’t let me try a dress that was above my budget (not that I even had the time to consider price with all the fun we were having!) and were so fantastic about making sure everything fit well and was as close to what I will have on my big day! I had a lovely experience shopping for my wedding dress. The owner and staff were very accommodating and wonderful people to work with. I went in with low expectations not thinking I would actually be able to find something that I would love but they worked with me, treated me great and Ultimately found something perfect for me.I had previously gone to a different shop and had a terrible experience with very pushy people trying to pressure me into something I couldn’t afford and did not like so I was apprehensive going in thinking it would be the same however they were respectful of my budget and just wanted me to find the perfect dress for me overall and never pushed me just for a sale. If you read this I hope your experience was as wonderful as mine because every bride deserves to be treated the way they treated me.

Brandy and the rest of her team at Last Best Bridal made me feel like an absolute princess while trying on wedding dresses. My bridal party and I were served champagne and a delightful cheese/cookie platter. Brandy made sure that I was taking my time and allowed me breaks in between trying on dresses to socialize with my bridal party. Brandy is an expert in the field and helped me find the perfect dress. You do get the option to buy right off the rack or you can also order in your size.Once I picked the dress of my dreams, I was given flowers and my dress packed up beautifully. I couldnt have imagined another place to get my dress.Worth the drive!

As soon as I got there, we got the door opened for us and they asked who I was and when my appointment was. Then they asked if we wanted anything to drink and guided us to our area. Even with at least 2 other brides there I felt like I still got an appropriate amount of attention. The lady who helped me was very kind and very helpful. I did not have a clear idea of what I wanted and she helped me to find the shape and style of dress that I liked the most. She also helped to make me feel very comfortable in doing this process. I highly recommend this place when you are looking for a wedding dress. They are really kind, helpful, and make sure that you find what you want.

I said yes to my dress at Last Best Bridal Shop! I never leave reviews, but I was so impressed with the experience I had here today I couldnt help but let it be known. The entire experience, from walking into the door to leaving with my dress, went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations. I was treated like royalty and there are so many incredible dresses. It was such a fun day thanks to the staff and owners at this bridal shop. If you are a bride looking for your dream dress, look no further!

They helped a lot with picking out dresses that I had said I was looking for and even went off of pictures I had saved from online. Everyone was very nice and it was a good experience. Found a dress I really liked but I needed it in a different color since pink doesn’t match my colors and they said they could get it in a different color but couldn’t find it online so they said they would get ahold of me the week after with a picture of it (By email or text) that was in August and it’s now October and still nothing. Obviously they don’t care about selling anything. Hopefully can go in next month when I’m actually back in the state to see the dress again and see what’s going on and hopefully I don’t pick a dress out from a different store that actually likes to follow through on what they say.

I had the best experience looking for a dress here!! As soon as I walked in the door, I felt welcomed and heard. They were so accommodating and welcoming and truly made me feel so special. We got endless drinks and food (the tastiest little brownies and fresh pastries). The dresses are gorgeous. I had a lovely private dressing room and all the help I could want getting into the dresses. I was given great feed back from the staff without feeling pressured into any decisions. The customer service here is FABULOUS! They need to teach classes for other businesses as they have the best service I have ever encountered! The most wonderful experience I have had my whole wedding planning.First I went into the store by myself and the dress section was closed, but the store manager opened it up just for me and helped me pick the most beautiful dress. She was so nice and so wonderful to be around. When my fiance came in the second time she opened up the closed section for me again! Helped me try on more dresses and then I took home the dress of my dreams!She gave me 100 off my dress, and the sparkly belt that was 350 for free! She also gave my husband his wedding ring for free. She gave us a bouquet of flowers free, and a silky robe that I wore my wedding day as I was getting ready for free. I loved this place I loved the employees and I loved my dress. If I could give more stars I would 100/5 GET YOUR DRESS HERE. 😁

A treasure in the treasure state! The entire experience was truly amazing. For a father/mother/daughter team preferring a bike ride to dress shopping Last Best Bridal made the day truly special for all of us. The store is beautifully laid out - gowns are well displayed, staff professional, amazingly attentive and patient offering advice and options. They allowed plenty of time to whirl and twirl with each dress - we had no pressure and by the end of the day feel as if we had made new friends! I agree with another reviewer in that these ladies deserve more than the five stars.

Okay stop looking for bridal stores. This one is the one you need. Cannot say enough about how amazing all of the staff are, and their selection and prices are just as amazing! Incredibly welcoming staff, great experience with finding the perfect dress. We went to several other stores in Missoula first and had either no luck, or a bad experience with the employees. As a last resort before heading home (2 hours away!) we went to Last Best Bridal, and they accommodated for us gladly, even with not having an appointment because of our situation. They welcomed us joyfully, had a great seating area for the bridal party, and also offered strawberries, muffins, brownies, and drinks! Would absolutely recommend for anyone looking for both a beautiful dress in a doable price range, and a great experience picking out a gown with your friends!

Of the three bridal shops there are in Missoula, this one is no doubt the best one. As soon as we walked in, they made us feel super welcomed, they offered us drinks and snacks and treated us incredible. And even though I wasnt sure I was gonna find my dress, because they are so flexible with arrangements in their dresses, I was able to find my dress and Im super happy about my decision. I definitely recommend it to any bride thats not sure where to get her dress, this place is not going to disappoint you.

What a truly wonderful experience. Candy and Carol made us feel absolutely comfortable and were extremely helpful and patient as I searched for my dress. My party was comfortable eating strawberries and muffins while waiting for each new dress, and they made sure we had coffee, water and offered us wine. The dress selection was fantastic. From the moment we got there we were greeted by a very nice man opening the door for us, until the moment we left, we felt special.

Every moment being in this shop and working with Carol was a dream! My entire entourage was treated so wonderfully and I felt incredible in everything Carol put me in! If I could give these ladies more than 5 stars, I would!! For someone who hates shopping, especially dress shopping, they made me want to dress shop everyday because of the fun atmosphere! I was ready to buy a dress online and my sister talked me in to doing some dress shopping while we were in Missoula. They blew the other shops out of the water. When we walked in and they had on jeans and boots, I knew we were in the right place. They had a huge selection of beautiful dresses and were so helpful. They made the experience pressure free and made us feel like family. They kept my sister full with strawberries and other snacks. Made sure we had drinks and they even took my fiancé upstairs and gave him beer and kept him occupied while we shopped. They cleaned my engagement ring and helped us find my fiancés ring. Short Review: This is by far the best bridal shop in Missoula (and surrounding areas)! My friends and I visited a couple other places in town first and were pretty disappointed by the service and selections, so when we got here, and were warmly welcomed into the store with all the different styles, we were floored! I wish this place had been in my city when I got married!Longer Review:Selection: They have a lot of different styles and the cool thing is, theyre all on mannequins rather than just hung on a rack, so you already have a good idea of what theyll look like on. My friend (the bride) wasnt a fan of too many sequins, and when we just mentioned it too the lady helping us, she said it was no issue to take them off, and anything my friend wanted to have in a dress, they could find a way to do it! So helpful!Experience: This is what really floored us all. We had just had an awful experience at another boutique in town, so when we got here and were treated so kindly, we were amazed. We didnt know you had to have an appointment and we came in an hour before close (we were from out of town and this was our last option to look at). The first lady we saw said it was no problem at all that we didnt have an appointment and to come in and would you like mimosas or wine or chai tea with your snacks (strawberries, muffins, etc.)? What?? AMAZING service and hospitality. And it wasnt just her - the whole staff had this same great attitude of helpfulness. We were then ushered to an incredible area of couches and comfy chairs around the bridal mirror and they brought us the snacks and drinks. As my friend tried on dresses, they assisted her and were helpful and responsive to her likes and dislikes - not pushy at all. Toward the end as my friend was making her decision, they gave us space for her to talk with just her friends about what she liked and what her final choice would be. They were an amazing balance of there for your every need and want but not hovering or pushy. Other businesses should come here to see what amazing customer service looks like.My friend ended up finding her perfect dress here!

The only time I would even begin to recommend this place is if ALL your bridesmaids and you are in Missoula. Even then, I would recommend going someplace else. At first, the service was great when picking out the dress, but then it went downhill from there. We ordered the dresses and the people at Last Best Bridal lost our paperwork 5 times. They then called me and said they had all the dresses, but were not going to give them until the last bridesmaid paid. I went in and they stated that they only had two dresses and could give them away immediately. I had 4 bridesmaids not in Missoula. For two of the dresses, I had to pick them up and deliver them personally to reach my girls on time. They assured me that the other dress was being sent to my other bridesmaid in California. I checked 4 times because my bridesmaid didnt receive it and the people at the shop kept stating the same thing. Eventually, two weeks before the wedding, my bridesmaid called... again. Turns out the dress was upstairs the whole time. They refused to send it stating that my bridesmaid didnt pay (she paid upfront the day she ordered the dress 6 months before). Everything had to be rushed. The people at Last Best Bridal were almost impossible to get ahold of and would not speak to me unless I came in person. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Between super rude owners, lost paperwork, and horrible quality my experience was not good. Will never go through they’re tux shop, bridal shop or jewelry shop again! If you’re thinking of using their full wedding center save yourself a ton of heartache and go somewhere else!Edit: Although that is a wonderful response it looks like youve gotten your disgruntled patrons mixed up, I have no idea who that bride is but Im glad everything ended up well for her,. Unfortunately, it didnt for me and your response continues to show an inability to take responsibility for your mistakes. Perhaps you didnt put up my sisters (the real brides) review because it would have mentioned how you lost one of their rings and had to offer another similar one as a replacement.Advice: Dont expect someone to be happy when they have to pay for something that you didnt allow to be tried on/fitted or even seen before requiring non refundable payment. The pictures looked nice but that isnt reality.
