I recommend Rangitsch Brothers to anyone. From the parts department to sales. I had the pleasure of doing business with Brain and purchasing an RV. Through the entire process Brain was great. He was patient with us and returned every call, which I have found to be very rare now days.I did call a lot of RV dealers in several different states and tried to deal with him, but when it was said and done Rangitsch Brothers beat everyone of them.Thank you Rangitsch Brothers

I had a great experience this week in the service department of Rangitsch Brothers in Missoula, MT. Thanks to Bill, Jeff, Jerry, and the others whose names I didnt catch but pleasantly and efficiently handled what needed to be done to get me back on the road with a warranty replacement air conditioner within 24 hours. Thanks especially to Bill who was optimistic from the beginning of the first conversation. You truly exceeded my expectations.

Fantastic customer service. We were traveling through Montana to Idaho and had troubles with our grey tank. They had the part in stock for a very reasonable price and when I realized that we wouldnt make it in time before the parts department closed, they helped us by leaving it for us with the service department. We made it before the service department closed and the employee was extremely friendly and helpful.

Kipp, Jack and the owner have gone out of their way to help us select the right trailer! We know we are valued as a customer and weve been treated basically like family. I cant tell you how patient theyve been and how prompt in answering all of our questions. By the same token, weve never felt like we are getting a sales pitch. Weve truly been allowed to take our time and explore the different options out there. Having a trailer means that we can take my 90 year old father back to his home town again for a visit. It also means he can stay at our off-grid family cabin but be the one with running water. I have autoimmune issues and it will finally allow me to go on trips and get some rest during part of the day. We want to thank Rangitsch Brothers for truly making a difference in our lives!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. We bought our 100k Jayco from them, it was the only o e with all the options we wanted. They knew we were driving across country to pick it up. When we arrive it had not been PDI’ed. And the person who was walking us through to teach us about it had never been through a North Point before. We waited 10 hours for it to be made ready. Called Jayco and got no help from the either.I wish we bought a grand design !!

We were traveling and stopped in Missoula, MT at the VW dealership to get a key made for our VW. Needless to say their parts department “guy” was awful! We also needed a few things for our RV and found this company close by. We have an older model RV and was impressed with the many items they have on hand. Hard to find items at that. We asked one of the guys if you had this and that and of course he would go find what we wasn’t able to find. Even while he was running around and I do mean running around looking for parts for phone customers on or on site customers. This guy was amazing!!!Once we was ready to check out I asked him for a card as once my husband and I make a decision on the electrical upgrade we will no doubt place the order with your company because of the customer service. I asked for a card but he didn’t have a card with his name on it so I asked him his name. Andy. What a gem. We’ve owned our own company and I have been in management leadership for several years and there are not very many Andy’s. I hope you are paying him well.Perhaps you can send Andy over to school the VW parts guy in manners, customer service and work ethics. Please thank Andy for his helpful and pleasant experience especially after a bad experience at a neighboring business.

Extremely disappointed! Paid cash for a Palomino truck camper in March, 2020. Bought a new GMC Sierra pickup the week prior. Would have written a glowing review based on the sale and repair of a wiring problem we discovered when we got home to Idaho. Jack Dallmann was friendly and helpful...until there was a problem. A big problem. We had no reason to take the camper off our pickup after Rangitsch Brothers technicians put it on, twice. Once, the day we bought it and again when they repaired the wiring problem on May 4. Its camping season! Took the camper off for the first time in late July to haul hay and were shocked to see the bed of our pickup was severely damaged. The wheel well was bashed in and actually separated from the bed, and there was a large dent on the front of the bed near the cab. The ONLY time the new camper had been put on and taken off our new pickup was at Rangitsch Brothers. We informed Jack of our discovery and sent pictures of the damage. Jack promptly referred us to the service department and we were contacted by the Warranty Manager/Service Writer who requested more pictures of the pickup and camper damage. Soon after, we were informed by Rangitsch Brothers that they were taking no responsibility for the damage since they had no way of proving that their shop technicians were at fault. True, we did not see them do it; we were not in the shop. So, in effect, they were accusing us, cash paying customers, of lying. We know the damage occurred in their shop, and we expected them to extend that friendly personable customer service we experienced during the sale and warranty service. We were dumped and now faced with paying a $500 deductible to OUR insurance carrier to cover the damages in excess of $4,000 caused by Rangitsch Brothers service technicians. We will not hesitate to discourage others from doing business with Rangitsch Brothers.

The pickup had 400 miles on it when I took it to the dealership to get the camper. Long story short, the first time I removed the camper, I discovered the bed of my pickup had been damaged pretty bad by the guys in their shop. I got an estimate for repair which was $4500 and forwarded it to Jack Dallmann, our salesmen for his review. The dealership informed me that they would not accept any responsibility for any of it.Beware of this outfit, they are very dishonest and I would hate to see this happen to anyone else.

Fantastic dealership. We visited about 10 dealerships to buy our next RV, and we’ve never seen a dealership like this one. Such a positive place, they do a superb job with delivering quality products and stand behind their work. Prices were very competitive as well.Their customer service is unbelievable. Thank you Joe (owner), Brian (sales), and Jimmy (technician). Some examples. During the walkthrough when we pointed out anything, they immediately brought out all the tools and fixed everything until we were happy. The RV was delivered in pristine condition. And on our way back, there were 2 minor issues that we discovered, and they called ahead to an upcoming dealership to schedule a repair. Even now, they continue to support our RV even though we’re far off in another state. They’re trying to build a lasting business relationship with its customers. All our future RVs are going to be purchased here. Amazing place, we’ll be back. We drove almost 1000 miles to this dealership. It was so worth it.

I recently replied to a Craigslist posting for a used camper for sale. After contacting the seller, I was informed that the camper was at Rangitsch Brothers and that the seller was a salesman at this lot. I agreed on a day and time to come and take a look at the camper. The last day of May, I was contacted by the salesman, he told me that there was another customer who had said that they would purchase it, but that customers salesman would not be back to work until the next day to let the customer know that it is ready to buy. He told me that if I wanted to put money down on the camper that day, it was mine. I explained to him that I felt this was rude, not only to the other salesman, but to the other customer. He then proceeded to jokingly say well then I wont get the sale. I told him that I would stick to my original day and time to come in and that of the camper sold, to please send me a quick text so that I knew it wouldnt be there. I received no follow up after this, and when I arrived to look at the camper it was indeed sold. I will not name the salesman, but I truly felt that the customer service I experienced was awful. Anyone who is willing to go that far to get a sale obviously doesnt care about their customer. I will not be returning.

There are few local companies with as much integrity as Rangitsch Brothers. I recently worked with a salesman to find a motor home for my family. We were interested in a Class C that I could drive. Since there wasnt a Class C available at the time of our visit, we test drove a Class A. I was terrified to drive such a large vehicle, but the Salesman assured me Id get comfortable in it once I drove it. We went ahead and signed a purchase agreement for the motor home. Prior to taking possession of the vehicle, we went to the showroom to cancel our purchase. I was completely terrified to drive the motor home and we needed to find a much smaller one. I bought a new Jayco from them last summer, only used it 2 times. Used it twice again this summer and spent more time in it because of the raining weekend so was really better able to look it over. We noticed 2 huge places on the walls where the interior paneling was buckling. 3 doors would not shut and latch and 2 curtains would not pull down or go up properly. And we had noticed a huge wet spot under the entry door which was a leak under the kitchen sink. To top it off the door screen lacked shutting at the top so more bugs in the trailer then outside. So we took it in for warranty repairs in July of ths year, they had it all summer and the repair work is terrible. The door install is worse then the original and the trim is still buckling like it was originally. There is absolutely no pride in there repairs, it looks terrible. And the door reair looks like it will leak at the top. I didnt even try the plumbing repairs as winter has set in. So to me the warranty has absolutely no value. I would not buy a Jayco or expect any kind of professioal repairs done here at this facility.

Strong warning for anyone looking to get work done (especially solar panel installation) on their RV. I was passing through Missoula when I wanted to get a few solar panels installed. They assured me they were qualified and that they do it all the time, thus I decided to work with them. And while my RV was in the shop, I also asked them to fix a few warranty issues on my new Jayco Jay Flight and clean out the water tanks.$700 later, they absolutely butchered the solar installation, didnt fix the warranty issues (problems with the holding tank sensors), and LEFT MY WATER TANKS FILLED WITH BLEACH WATER and didnt tell me.I showered and drank that water, and noticed the strong bleach scent, so I called to ask if they emptied the tank. They claimed they did, but when I soaked a blue shirt in the water for 20 minutes, the entire thing was discolored by the bleach. This is egregious negligence.I didnt find out the solar was installed improperly until I drove to California and found out nothing was working. When I brought it to a Go Power certified tech (the brand of solar I had installed), they said the entire thing was installed incorrectly and would have to be redone. The guys at Rangitsch didnt even make all of the outlets in the RV hot when the inverter was on and instead told me its impossible to do that unless you invent perpetual motion. Clearly they are incompetent when it comes to solar and electrical work on RVs.In the end, its cost me over $2000 to fix what theyve done, and were still troubleshooting issues with the solar which will end up costing me more money.Heed this warning to say away from these guys if you need any work on your RV. Its been a nightmare for me.

I explained my issue and next thing you know Neil from the service department was calling me. The serverice department is closed on weekends and he went out of his way to help. I spoke with him 4 times and each time he was calling me with different thoughts on how to fix the issue. Now its Monday, I recieved a phone call from Jimmy a technician in service about 8:30 A.M. He and Neil had spoke and had already reached out to Jayco looking for a solution. Jayco let him know what needed to be done and he let me know. To make clear this issue was very minor and it was not hindering my ability to enjoy the coach. All I can say is Rangitisch Brothers has employees who truly care about the business they work for and the customers they serve. The purchasing experience was 5 stars as well. Great Job Tom. Ill be recommending Jayco buyers to Tom and the Rangitisch Brothers team.
