Im very confused about this coffee shop as its never open. Ive tried coming here at least 10 times and havent been able to get a coffee once. Ive tried during the hours listed on Google and sometimes Ill even drive by it will stay open and no Barista ever comes to the window to take your order. Not sure whos running the show but they should probably look into making sure their employees are working or that they have the correct hours listed so someone can actually get a coffee when theyre open. Just to specify, this is the liquid planet outside the airport but in the parking lot. Hopefully this is the correct one to review.

Every week I fly out it is the same gal who works in the morning. She always has a positive friendly attitude and makes my coffee just how I like it, and I am extremely picky. I think I overheard her telling a customer she does this almost seven days a week, WOW. She is a Rockstar! You guys should be proud to have such a consistent and pleasant employee. Great Job Liquid planet!!!

Iced or hot. I wanted iced, it came out hot.I was not asked if I had a preference.The blond barista wanted to argue instead of just remaking it.After she slung the second drink across the counter to me, I enjoyed it tremendously.The end.

Worst experience. Ordered food at the bar. After 30 minutes with no food we asked a restaurant worker about it and was told they would check on it. After another 10 minutes we asked again and they still didnt know. We were finally informed after about an hour wait that the kitchen never received our order. We were then told that if we still wanted the food, it would be another 30 minute wait. So unless you have a lot of time to spare, I would not recommend eating here. Complete lack of organization.

I come here multiple times a month, I get the same drink Every time and have had Amazing service….up until today. The blonde working the AM shift today was rude, on her phone, didn’t want to make my drink and then made it wrong. Absolutely rude and felt like I was wasting her time. When I asked her about it she caught attitude and gave me the “bye Lynda” attitude. If she is working moving forward you will not get my money. Keasha and the rest of the staff has been 5 ⭐️ And will continue too! 7.29.2021 @ 7:00 am. They don’t wear name tags so not really sure on the name

Sat at the bar. The entire 30 min I was there, the bartenders offered everyone but me a menu, and asked everyone but me if the needed anything else. Terrible service. $8 a beer I expect not to be ignored. Lucky they got even the $1 tip I left on the table

So we’ve just left this stand, trying it for the first time ever- and that’s after a year of living in Missoula and trying every liquid planet In town at least twice before swearing we’ll stop going. I’m leaving literally the least amount of stars because this was the worst drive thru coffee experience I’ve had, if I could leave zero stars I would. I‘ve worked in customer service for sixteen years, I’ll put up with pretty terrible customer service because I understand things happen.However, this morning, 8/18/21 at 7:59am, we pulled into the Liquid Planet drive thru. We left that drive thru at 8:14am. The barista working, shaved hair all the way around except for a long blonde ponytail, addressed us one time, took one drink from our order then turned away. I’ve been a barista for years, and this barista took nine minutes to make my boyfriend’s one mocha- with oxidized shots, steamed and then left to sit milk, while the barista easily chatted with the truck at the other window and made their two drinks within the nine minutes of making our one. The barista then answered their personal cell phone, processing to take the call with “oh, I’m just a little busy right now.” and then continuing the phone call for another full minute before saying they would call them back. They disappeared again to finish the other window’s transaction, which started after ours, then finished the one mocha we’d managed to get out before coming back to the window to speak to us for the first time since we ordered and asked if we wanted anything else. To top it off, the mocha was absolutely disgusting.I couldn’t sound more Karen in this review, but I’ve worked customer service and coffee service for years and years. Nine minutes, that’s not including the time of actual “interaction”, is an unreal time to make a very nasty beverage. This wasn’t short-staffed, overwhelmed, hurried, poor single shift barista. Every single liquid planet in town we’ve gone to and received consistent mixed bags of bad coffee, good service - bad coffee, and bad service! We won’t be trying this one again at all. I don’t want anything free or anything whatsoever from this coffee stand.This was just arguably one of the Worst drive thru and all together coffee experiences I have ever had. Boyfriend dumped his coffee and we went to City Brew. This was just unprofessional, unfortunate, and honestly? I wish we’d just driven off while waiting. That wasn’t worth paying or tipping for.

Ordered the Dude Abides, I love any turkey sandwich but was super disappointed when there was only 1 slice of turkey on it. Marginal at best. Have to pay extra for basic fries, makes no sense to me. For nearly $12, a bit more substance would go a long way.

Liquid Planet at the airport is totally fine and I always get a croissant and coffee on my way out of town. The 5 stars are for the delightful woman working this morning. It was way too early and the terminal was full of grumpy and dazed travelers. The woman running the register welcomed each of us with a warm smile, and just seemed like a genuinely kind person. She really brightened my morning, and I wish Id run back to thank her for setting such a positive tone for my day. Thank you, lovely lady!

I ordered a cloud nine hot coca and they gave me watery mocha instead. They weren’t very nice to me either.As someone who has worked in food service and retail, for nearly a decade. It’s the least you can do to listen to your customer.I love love LOVE all the other LP locations.This one just pales in comparison.

The liquid planet by the airport has the best hot chocolate that Ive ever consumed. Its like drinking liquid of the gods. A tad pricy but Id fork it over any day for their hot chocolate. Great service, but smiles, liquid heaven.

From my experience at the Billings Int Airport, I was prepared to not have food options at this airport either. The Billings offerings were a step down from dog food, and so I was pleasantly surprised to see actual food offerings besides burnt chicken fingers.Not only did they have decent choices for food, but it was pretty damn tasty too!! I ordered the Turkey/Bacon/Swiss panini and gotta say, it was really good!The airport was dead at this time, so guess I cant really speak to the level of service, because of course mine was great. I would imagine they would have a hard to keeping up if it were busy a though. Still, its really your only option for food here, so be thankful its not the Billings offerings!
