Great cookies every time! They delivered a large amount for an event and they were all great. Everyone enjoyed the treat. Large enough to cut in 4 pieces so people eating can enjoy a taste of multiple flavors. Delivery was a little late because of the size of the order so I will just bump the delivery time up for next time.

This place is awesome! Ive been here several times and the staff are friendly and great! The cookies are excellent! I like how there are new flavors every week, however, Im glad I dont live closer because Id be there weekly!

Ehhh. Cookies were alright. Raw in the middle. Personal opinion. Waaayy to sweet. Lots of icing on top and gut wrenching sweetness. Shared 6 with friends, 6 for my 5 kids to share. I still have 3 1/2 cookies left on my counter and nobody wants anymore. Friends didnt finish because they said as well. Way to sweet and they got sick after eating only a half of cookie. They also mentioned their cookies were raw as well. If you eat on the healthier side and want a treat for your sweet tooth. I wouldn’t recommend, unless you seriously want a stomach ache and feel like garbage after. Paid way to much to throw away this many cookies, but in the trash they go.

The most incredible (and warm) cookies ever! Literally three meals in one delicious (and super healthy😏) cookie. Worth every calorie!

Cookies are so good. Ours were still warm from coming out of the oven. Store was clean and staff was friendly. The Rocky Road cookies are my new favorite.

I made this account just to write this review, Ive never been so disappointed in a cookie. The cheap owner wouldnt let us use boxes for two of our cookies, because they were trying to save on boxes. The cookies we did receive were raw and greasy. Outrageously overpriced for the quality. The box we were supplied with was too small and trying to close it, the employee smashed either side of our cookie. Given that there are 100+ flavors advertised it was quite a disappointment only being able to choose from 6. Was looking forward to a tasty snack. Never coming back, yuck. Now I know why Ive never heard about Crumbl.

If I was able to do less than 1 I would. I am currently on hold with Missoula Crumbl and have been for 24 min. I sent an order to my moms work around noon for her birthday. It finally processed at 6pm when her work is closed. While trying every avenue to cancel the first order I sent a second one just to maybe get her the birthday present. No dice, same thing, it processed 2 hours later, also at 6pm. I now have two orders sent to a closed business with no way to cancel them. Now I am out the money of 2 orders and have no cookies to hold. I also have not figured out how to get a refund because when I called and texted the support they told me to contact my local shop. And here I sit on hold. I dont think Ill be ordering cookies from here anymore.

The Crumbl in Missoula has always been amazing with their service. They’re really good with communicating when something is out of stock or if they’re running behind. The employees seem to always work well together and they’re so friendly with customers. Absolutely love them!!!!

This was my first time going to Crumbl, and from the reviews I was expecting great service and good cookies. I received neither of those things. After waiting for half an hour in the store after Id ordered, I was told they were out of the cookies I ordered. Is there no system that would allow them to know that when the customer is ordering? The girl was extremely rude, as well. The replacement cookies I ended up with are a mess, falling apart and missing some toppings. I would not recommend, I dont think. For the price, Marys Mountain Cookies are far superior and Ive had nothing but friendly service from them.

My roommates and I went through a period of our lives where it was a weekly if not biweekly event. I wasn’t aware a human could consume this much sugar in a sitting without dire circumstances. I really *enjoy* their Pumpkin Chocolate chip cookies! Their chocolate chip cookies aren’t my favorite, but the variety is incredibly creative. I recently saw that the chilled sugar cookie isn’t with almond extract anymore, which opens up more options to those with nut allergies. The people are nice, and would recommend for sure!*I love the cookies so much my bf and I bought a 12 pack to have at home because they blew our minds.

Great service, friendly staff but the chilled sugar cookie was very disappointing. My sugar cookie, frosting loving daughter rejected it in one bite. The caramel apple cookie saved the day. Chocolate chip and iced raspberry were just ok.

We really enjoyed our crumble cookies during the Covid time and became very regular customers...... We have spent hundreds of dollars at your store .....unfortunately more recently customer service is no longer the priority at this Crumbl location. Either the orders are super late or they don’t show up at all much like tonight. When we called to find out why our order hadn’t been delivered since it said “one minute till delivery” on our end we were told there was no order. When my wife asked to speak to the manager the manager got on and very rudely handled the matters at hand and she ended the call abruptly! I then called back to find out if either a) the order was coming, or b) if that order had been canceled to find out at that moment nothing had been done so I canceled my order and I will never shop with you again. Thank you, have a great day!

Holy shnikes. These things are amazing. Warm, gooey, heaven! The freshness of these still warm cookies will edge out the competition. The only thing I can think that would make it better, is rushing the cookies across town so you can get a scoop of Big Dipper on the top of one. Maybe they can do a future collaboration.

From all the reviews, I expected incredible cookies and have been a few times. I recently purchased one of each flavor and it seems that there is really only one or two base recipes for the cookie and this base really doesnt have much flavor. All of the flavor comes from whatever is baked in or placed on top of the cookie. For example, the lemon cookie was very lemony, but all of that was in the glaze, the cookie itself was flavorless. Plus, if a slice of lemon is placed on top, it really should be candied and not raw. Most of the other choices were extremely sweet, due to thick layers of icing and other toppings. These are pricey and really werent worth it.

Hold a contest or something. maybe every state picks a winner and then you can showcase that cookie in different states and find out what’s popular. I am an engineer but enjoy marketing. I’ve been to Crumbl a couple times here in Missoula and each visit has been pretty tasty. Though when I went yesterday around 5pm, the cookies I brought home were very dry compared to what I’ve received in the past. This was not only one type of cookie either. I tried 4 different flavors and they are all very dry. I’m not sure if I got an older batch or if they had been sitting out or overcooked. But I definitely was not pleased!

Yum. Id had them before in Salt Lake and they were fine, but warm fresh delicious Missoula Crumbl is a different deal. The waffle was unexpectedly delish. Super friendly staff.

App is pretty easy, but can’t edit delivery time in shopping bag once something is placed in there, and using the app it is not automatically adding loyalty points for me.

Awesome place! First of all, every employee is SUPER nice and helpful, it makes for a great atmosphere. Sometimes you can see them mixing the dough or baking the cookies in the ovens, the little ones are always mesmerized by the process. They decorate them right there so you are always getting a fresh cookie. And the cookies are so good! They have a menu that changes every week so I am always excited to see what new stuff they have every week. The price of the cookies seems a bit high at first, but the cookies are HUGE and sometimes take me 2 or 3 days to finish so I think it’s worth it. Pro tip, if you do have leftover cookies 20-30 seconds in the microwave makes the cookies seem hot and fresh again, so my house never has to worry about wasting any cookies! Easily one of my top 5 favorite businesses in town

I just ordered the lemon poppy seed and carrot cake cookies and they are ridiculously good, some of the best cookies I’ve had. Delivery was fast. It’s a little expensive so it’s good for special occasions.
