A decade ago they were the best place and only place I would go. I raved about them but Ill now be doing the COMPLIMENT opposite. They tell me theres never been a lifetime battery warranty of course I disagree, then in the next breath says maybe they use to she doesnt know. They way she acted was so unprofessional and snarky. Im 34 Ive had a credit card with them since 18 due to working next door and 1 worker needed 1 more application for a card for her bonus and asked if any of us where 18. Im so disappointed in there behavior.
Jared the most awesome Kays associate I have ever delt with in 10 years went to bat for me and made my husband ring look like it should. He is an amazing gentleman and cares about his customers. Thank you Jared you made a stressful situation easy as pie.
Staff is amazing and always a fun experience! As long as you have a warranty and have good communication skill they always take care of you. Patience is a must here

True story, my husband went in to buy a wedding set because it was our 45th anniversary. He bought a Nathan Lane and had another ring to go with it so he had it made… The problem is the middle diamond was broke the other diamonds are subpar I had it appraised and they stole my husbands identity and were double dipping from two banks. Some years back they were doing the same thing in New York and they were fined by the Attorney General for $12 million…. I suggest you don’t buy anything from them or any other subsidiary that goes under the finance company of FS CARD SERVICES. I had to hire an attorney and we won and they had to fix my husband’s credit as well so I would think more than twice about buying anything from these cheaters.
The staff was rude and condescending. I took my ring in to be fixed (after confirming from the original purchase location that I was covered.) And was told that my warranty didnt cover the work needed to be done. I have yet again called the original Kay location where it was purchased and was told that yes I was covered. This particular store has lost my business. I will also be calling corporate about the nasty comments that were implied. Horrible service.
They used to have one very terrible manager. He honestly dont know what he was doing, and he made buying my wedding ring a colossal headache. Ive talked with the owner of the store, and it seems he is now gone. I will say that the service has improved since then. However, they dont deliver the highest quality customer service especially compared to other jewelers. I think they could improve their customer service by training their employees better. I think if they listened to their customers and took to heart what their customers really desire they could do really well.
I have never in my life been treated with the most disrespect until I went in Kay Jewelers today! Not only was I ignored for the first ten minutes but I was rudely asked what I needed I replied a exchangeThe Lady barked in return Ok well you can waitThere was only 1 customer and 3 different employees. Why could I not be helped?After waiting nearly 20 minutes while the cashier chatted and talked up with what Im guessing only is a real customer Stomps over to me and asked what I needed to exchange. I explained my story and why I wanted to return a engagement ring I bought less than 1 months ago. Receipt still in hand. Box is still in the same package they wrapped it up in. No problem she says I just need the receipt ok no problem than she starts asking me what happened I explain in detail and she starts to mock and borderline laugh at my situation. As she looks at the receipt she has to make a comment out loud OOO THAT IS PRICEY PURCHASE Before denying me tellin me yeah sorry even with the receipt I cant give you anything other than a exchange than continues to try and sell me on bracelets and a watch?!?!?ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?IM HEARTBROKEN, TRYING TO GET A LITTLE MONEY BACK FOR MY PURCHASE AND SOMEONE YOU WORK FOR HAS THE NERVE TO BE RUDE, EMBARRASED ME PUBLICLY, BE CRUEL, JUDGMENTAL AND THAN SELL ME MORE?!?!Completely unprofessional I will never go tooKay Jewelers ever again and I will continue to tell everyone I know of my experience and why they should never go there.Thank you.

MY RING IS BEING HELD HOSTAGE.I bought an engagement ring for my now fiancee, it was supposed to be done on the 27th of March. It is now the 6th of april and since they closed down I have had no word about where it is or when I will get it back. It would have been nice to at least get an email or a call detailing when I would be able to get my ring. Very disappointed with customer service...

I bought diamond earings from Kay’s online, they looked like a dirty rock they found on the streets and called it a diamond. Very bad quality, took them to this store to return them and was told I can not return them here. I asked why the quality was so bad and they said that’s a promotional diamond you get what you get. I would save your money and shop elsewhere.
The associates are awesome! They made selection far simpler than Id experienced elsewhere.

I have worked in customer service my entire life. I have always prided myself on doing the absolute best job I can. Thanks to the work ethic my parents enstilled in me and my siblings when we were younger. Mark Mackey bought me the most beautiful promise ring from Kay Jewelers. I got this ring March 14th. On April 23rd the diamond fell out. I felt absolutely terrible. And we couldn’t do anything about it because it was in the middle of the corona virus pandemic. On May 15th I called the billings store because they were the only store in Montana that was open. I was “lucky enough” to get the manager Karen. I explained the situation and asked if she knew when the Missoula store would be open. She said she had no idea but since my ring was so new she would look in the data base for Kays and see if she could find my ring to get me a replacement. She said she had found 2 and would get one shipped to the Billings store and then contact the Missoula store manager and get it worked out so that I could meet her and we could swap out my broken ring for a new one. I was so excited. She said she would call me the next week and let me know. Well by Wednesday the next week I had heard nothing. So I called them back on Friday May 22nd I called back and got a different associate that said that Karen was not available because “she was on the bathroom” but as I was telling her my story Karen had come back. The associate was telling her my situation and Karen had no idea what I was talking about. So they said they would look in to it and call me back in a couple days. I heard NOTHING for 2 weeks. On Friday 6/5 I scheduled a virtual appointment to see when the Missoula store was going to open so I could return my ring. Not even a half hour later I got a call from Katie the Missoula store manager. She wanted to know why I wanted to return my ring. I explained. She apologized a lot and said she wanted to fix things. She looked in the database and fount multiple rings just like mine. She said that Karen never put any notes on marks account for the ring. She found multiple rings and said that she was taking one of her employees off of furlough on Monday to clean and that on Wednesday she would be in the store and would order the ring to be shipped to the store and would call me when it came in and we could swap it out instead of taking my ring and sending it to get fixed. She said she would put a pop up on the account so every time she logged on my account would up so she would have to take care of it. I called Mark, my sister and told all my coworkers after I got off the phone with her because I was so excited. Well......on Friday it will be 2 weeks since I have heard from the Missoula store. At this point we are going to return our ring because the customer service is absolutely uncalled for. It is very clear they do NOT care about their customers they just care about making a dollar. While all of this is happening Mark is still being charged for the ring twice monthly. I am truly devastated to return the ring because I absolutely love it but We do not want to want to continue to business with them anymore.
Everytime I walk by this store the Employees are always smiling or occasionally theyll even wave! Theyre so friendly and so helpful! I went in today to get my ring resized and I couldnt have had better customer service! I definitely recommend coming here for your jewelry or any jewelry concerns!!! I will continue to shop here!

Passing the buck because you dont want to do work is really stupid.I went in here asking to have a watch band changed. I came with lots of money, and just needed it done. They did not want to do it and sent me across the mall to another store that is not owned by them.I went to the other store, and not only did they replace my watch band, when they said no charge just shop with us in the future I bought a ruby necklace for my wife.
I did a lot of shopping around when looking for my wifes engagement ring and honestly I have never had better service. I went to every jewelry store in the mall and Kay gave me the best service and the most options. Not only that but they have the best warranty available when compared to their competitors. The price might be more than some of the other stores but for the quality of the jewelry, service, and knowledge of the employees, Im still giving Kay Jewlers ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Kay Jewelers is very helpful! Tiffany is super knowledgeable and made us feel very relaxed when looking at possible engagement/wedding rings. She wasnt pushy at all and was very friendly. I went back later to get my fiances ring resized and they were very helpful. I love their guarentees and warranties. I definitely recommend.

Purchased a “forever us” ring for my wife about two years ago. One of the diamonds fell out so I called The place we bought it at Kay Jewelers in the mall in Missoula. Was told that because we didn’t get an inspection done every six months, we were out of luck. Spent about 5K on a ring that falls apart in two years, and I’m out of luck? Will never shop there again and will advise everybody I know to do the same.
Awful company would not recommend to my worst enemy. Made me open an account to order in a ring just to look at it. Claimed it was an in store account turned out to be a credit card. Its been a week since the ring was supposed to get there and everytime I call I get some rude lady that wont give me any information. Most unprofessional jewelry store Ive ever been to.

They make it impossible for me to pay my bill because they wont send me a physical card. I do not suggest buying here its too much of a hassle for something simple.
