Have had many experiences at Home Depot. Overall customer service just plain stinks. I can distinctly remember ONE time where I actually had a great experience. At this point, the only reason I still go back is for the garden department. That I would rate a 5 star to (which is why this rating is a three instead of a one)!

This store has been WOEFULLY UNDERSTAFFED for years! Lowes is just down the street and they have much better customer service. What the heck is wrong with this Home Depots management??

We love home depot but today there was not enough help in the garden department. Seemed under staffed for a Friday afternoon during early summer project time
