The people are great and efficient getting the job done

Spent a half hour with them at their facility talking with front office and their installer of how I wanted the final trim to look on the install after they furnished me the bid for new windows. Several days later they told me the bid didnt include installation and were surprised thats what I wanted. Then they promised to send their installer to my house and he never showed up the first time. They called and said installer would come on a different day and he never showed up that day either. Then the front office argued with me by email basically about their incompetence but blaming it on me. The second bidder got the job.
