Got my hearing tested at Kalispell office and I am very pleased. My test was explained in detail. Great service and very professional people.

I dont have a problem with the quality but the GREED is where I draw the line. Before my wife passed away, she was given a pair of loaners and during the final days of her life between two hospitals emergency rooms ambulances, and Doctors, she lost one of the loaners. The complete set was returned and credited to my account. However she was charged full retail for ONE loaner. Three and thousand four hundred and ninety five dollars.($3495) That is NEARLY 2,000 MORE THEN THE PERMANENT ONE. If they had any compassion, they could have reduced the cost. On another note do you realize that one cant complete a review without selecting at least one star. OH THE CORPORATE WORLD.As a post script on this review I can now report that after considerable haggling with three different Miracle ear offices, I finally received another payment representing about half of the original $3495. The rest will be written off as a very painful experience. I can only be thankful that my deceased wife didnt have to experience this ugly example of health professionals.

I want to thank them, for her professionalism, tolerance, and caring for my old parents. Paid maximum attention to everyone, we were very pleased with the highest level of service.

I spent 30 minutes writing a review supporting the negative review posted by a loving daughter’s experience with Miracle Ear in Missoula, Montana. Unfortunately, I lost my post. So I’ll try again. I am a past Post Commander of VFW Post 6238 in Superior where the widower is a member. The widower, Jim, was an Air Force fighter pilot in Vietnam. Few people have given as much to the Mineral County community as this man through his non profit work. There is no man I know with a higher moral and ethical sense. Shame on Miracle Ear for not making some kind of compromise on payment for the loss of the loaner hearing aid during this traumatic time.

Both the audiologist and receptionist were very patient with my elderly mother. Audiologist was detailed and thorough with his explanations.

Notice the 1 star ..(because you cant have a 0 star in order to write a review).My mom was given a loaner pair of hearing aides until hers came in....in the interim my mother became ill and passed (very short amount of time, and very suddenly) from home, to hospital, seems as though one of the hearing aides were lost....Miracle Ear made my father pay the WHOLE amount totaling over 3000.00. No break was given. I myself work in the healthcare field. Im actually in patient relations. If anything like that happened in our office, we would have charged for the wholesale amount just to replace the aide, not the WHOLE cost...Shame on Miracle Ear and their heartless practices.

We arrived at this center with a grandmother, she does not hear well. We booked in advance, received us on time, and recorded. The center is clean, friendly staff.

Best quality hearing aids and very quick service.

The owners are audio video recording and live streaming patient interaction to their personal cell phones out of state. For my understanding this is a huge HIPAA violation since there is no verbage that theyre being recorded nor is a written consent of patient being offered.
