Oh 2020. This year has been quite the ordeal. We placed our order back in July and it got installed yesterday. It was totally worth the wait! Everyone at Bullfrog is very nice and helpful. Did it take a little longer than usual? Well of course because this year has been a mess. But they got us taken care of and we are totally ecstatic to be part of the Bullfrog family! A huge thanks to everyone at Bullfrog!

Bought a refurbished spa from these guys about 2 years ago. Told Ben I’d write a review but never did due to google sign in trouble. I’m telling you, these guys were amazing to work with! He found one I wanted that wasn’t ready yet and pushed to get it completed before my wife’s (then fiancé’s) birthday!! There was one panel w a small crack he was gonna order I believe and I told them it really didn’t matter. It’s not noticed and doesn’t compromise anything. They were just so helpful from finding the rt one that I could actually afford, to delivery (took the old busted one away), and just overall service. I’ve been back several times anytime I need chemical and they are always helpful w you keeping things balanced yourself. Wish I could remember the gentleman’s name w the dark hair that’s helped me the last few times. Believe he’s part owner. Just wanna say y’all are great! Customer for life!!! BTW: the hot tubs been flawless! We cool it down a tad and swim w the toddler often too. It’s been great all around.

We have had our Bullfrog Spa about a month now and love it. The 2 men who installed it, Chris and Greg, did a superb job! There were a couple of small hiccups during the installation, due to our error not theirs, but Chris and Greg made it all work out perfectly without any issues! We highly recommend this place and their staff!

I have known Ben for a long time, he is very passionate about his work and what needs to be done. Hes very dependable and always on time. I would always recommend him to friends and family and even people I just met who is interested in one of the best spas ever!!!!

I never liked Salesmen until I met Ben. He was straight to the point and knows a lot about spas. He was never pushy and really worked with what we had in mind for a hot tub. Bullfrog Spas treated us extremely well and we will be back. We loved that when you buy a tub it comes with accessories and DELIVERY! It wasn’t an extra money for any of that so it was one flat price for everything.

Ben and Chris are extremely helpful. They really take the time to answer all your questions (however repetitive they may be) and make sure you understand how and why the bullfrog spa is superior to others. Delivery was smooth and done by professionals not a couple kids. (I delivered hot tubs in high school) I cant recommend this product and customer service more. Keep up the great work guys!

Very knowledgeable staff that answered all our questions and allowed us to wet test a spa before buying. Decision was easy after wet testing theirs and the competitors spas. The staff was able to negotiate price. Five stars.

Bullfrog Spas of Missoula are awesome to work with! They stand by their work, answer the phone when you call, and show up for their customers. They gave us a better quote than other shops, and we didnt sacrifice a bit of quality by choosing their company. In fact we realized our previous service provider was overcharging us for things we didnt need, so we saved money in the process! We have called them with questions, a lot. but they still answer everything without ever being exasperated, they take the time to explain things, and I know they wouldnt hesitate to come out if needed to make sure everything is working right. They really care about their customers. They did an amazing job, well never go anywhere else again!

Buying a Bullfrog Spa was the best decision I have made for my health, fitness and marriage. Nothing feels better on sore muscles after a workout than this therapeutic hot tub. We cant say enough about the customer service at Bullfrog in Missoula. We had some problems with a spa we purchased from them three years ago. It was still under warrantee (Bullfrog has a great warrantee) and instead of making us go through repair after repair Ben Hansen (owner) simply replaced the spa with a brand new one. A new spa was delivered the very next week.

I had a nerve injury and its amazing how much my Bullfrog spa has helped me recover. If you have any back problems, stiff muscles, injured joints etc.. these spas are a must have. We discovered theyre a great family activity that are super convientent to enjoy every night too! If you have trouble sleeping these things are unbelievable, youll sleep like a baby! The owner of the store Ben is a great guy to do business with and lives locally which was important to us. Cant go wrong with one of these spas and it was money well spent!! This is actually a 10 Star rating.My wife and I had wanted to buy a hot tub for quite some time, and finally decided to get serious. I have a tendency to be rather impulsive and easy prey for fast-talking salesmen, unlike my wife. She is the brains of our 46 yr. long marriage operation, and also quite thrifty. As a result, she researched the top names until I was tired of hearing about it, We visited the three local dealers in Missoula, but could not view a physical product at the fourth, Costco, because they dont have them on the floor. The very last place we visited was Bullfrog Spas, owned by Benjamin Hansen. While there, we were greeted at the door by Jami Thompkins who was on a mission to make a delivery. He introduced us to Ben, who answered (in detail) every question my wife had, while she took notes! We had no idea there was a spa with Jet Packs that could be moved about the various positions, so you could place your favorite Jet Pack in the position you like best. Went home, reviewed all product information in detail, and decided based on the quality and flexibility of Bullfrog Spas, and the extreme professionalism in the showroom, we were going with Bullfrog.We made an appointment for a test soak which was accommodated by Elijah Dufour (Store Manager) on short notice. We tried EVERY ONE of the 16 Jet Packs (some twice) to make the decision on our preference. We ordered the A6L model since it is just the two of us, but will still allow the grandkids to soak with us while here. The order was placed, we were given the time-frame for delivery, with handrails/steps etc. It arrived sooner than anticipated, and we were notified and set the install date. Thats when the true service and Customer Care concept came into play. Turned out the 240 electrical line was not left with enough length to make the connection. Chris King and Jamey Thompkins got it set up and arranged to our preference, said to call as soon as we could get the electrician to make the alteration.My initial thought was Oh hell, this is going to turn into a cluster. I was wrong. The electrician was there the next morning at 0730, I filled the tub and walked through the start-up by the numbers in the manual...Pump #1 failed to fire up!! And I thought Id be soaking when the sun went down! Now, Im worried! I sent Ben (the owner, who was home with his wife and Newborn baby)an email. In less than an hour I got a return that a technician was on his way!! Jamey arrived, did the troubleshoot, and got on the line with the Bullfrog Engineers. They said replace the Motherboard. Jamie didnt have one with him, but Chris King was wrapping another job up in Lolo, and he deadheaded to our house while Jamey rolled out to another call. We had company from Colorado all sitting on the deck through the whole affair. They read my thoughts and said You have got to be Sh*&^^% me!! You can get this kind of service so late in the day on Friday afternoon of Labor Day Weekend?!! My thoughts exactly! Chris King did bring another Motherboard, but with a trained eye and and lots of experience, he noticed two little wires in the wrong slot (electrician knocked loose and mistakenly placed.) Plugged em in and Voila! Chris did a diagnostics test and said set your alarm and youll be able to soak at 3:00 AM at one-hundred and three Degrees!!We, and our friends were thrilled. But, the point is, we were absolutely stunned by the service we received! In my life (late 60s), I have never seen such an overall professional approach to taking care of your customers! And, keep in mind, the Spa was Paid In Full. There was no financial incentive to make this team hustle to get the other half of our payment.So, someone wants to talk about a great product and GREAT Customer Care, compare them to Bullfrog of Missoula and see if they can measure up to the Real Deal! Oh, and I hopped out of the sack at 5:00 AM and thought I died and went to heaven!! A very sincere Thank you, to Ben Hansen, Elijah Dufour, Chris King, and Jamey Thompkins! Truly Professional.

Simply AMAZiNG! The staff was very knowledgable and friendly. Their pricing was competitive especially considering the high wuality of their tub. I did my research and chose Bullfrog and am very happy with my decision. I love the tub too an R6. Couldnt recommend these guys enough. Thanks Ben, Chase and the whole crew!!
