Staff is very friendly and professional. Both of the ladies I have met in the office were great, but I have mostly only spoke with one gal and shes just so sweet. The facility is clean. I hardly ever see other customers, never had any problems with anyone. The 24 hour access is a major plus. Rental prices definitely seem fair (although I havent done much comparing, so I cant say for certain). Easily give a 5 star rating!

Convenient location across from Walmart. They have everything you need for a move. I bought more than required and was easily able to return the items not used with the receipt. Thanks 😊

Absolute worst customer service when it came to me asking a question about a payment that 2 of the ladies could not answer straight. Not to mention they have mice!!!!I upgraded storage units before the and of the month, I wanted to know how much of our money was prorated and applied to the new unit. They could not tell me.Vikki, got very upset w/ me and very short. Then got her manager Nikki (who sounded like the same lady) and she had an attitude as soon as she picked up the phone, then proceeded to speak to me like I was stupid. Told me for a bigger unit, it costs more. She started to screams at me the amount of the difference that I had paid, untold her no, thats how much you charges my card, NOT my credit. I told her I knew how much the new cost, I want to know my credit for the money on the old unit to the new one, so I know Im not being screwed out of any money. She then started to yell at me over the phone and put me on hold to see if she could calculate it out. 2 mins later she picks up the line and tells me the amount of credit. I told her thank you very much, thats all I needed to know...went to open out unit today and we are locked out..

The incompetence of the office staff is unrivaled. It makes you wonder how they operate a business when they cant write a forwarding address down.EDIT IN RESPONSE TO OWNER: as we told you we have to return the deposit to the person on the account that signed the contract No you literally never said that. I came in and gave notice face to face that I was vacating the unit on 3/26/19. You then asked me for my forwarding address so you can send the deposit, provided the unit was clean and not damaged. I then get an email (Wanna know why I got the emails? Because I was the one paying for the storage unit) on 4/5/19 saying you sent the deposit to Idaho. I call and speak to one of your office workers, who said, and I quote, Well it wasnt me, but what I understand is we lost your forwarding address so we called the person on the account and she asked for it to be sent to her. I also then requested to be called back from the person who did screw up regarding this manner, and that never happened as well. So my original point that you are inept is as valid as ever, and now youre adding lying on top of it.
