They had what I needed so that made me happy. The staff here seems to be a much older crowd and dont seem to be very helpful. The lady that checked me out was very sweet and kind & signed me up for emails and coupons that I could get additional percentage off my purchase. And I appreciate her for that because that other stores employees wont even mention to you if there is an actual coupon available thats easy access for you to get.

Another great location. We ejoy visiting this shopping center. They have a lot to look at and were very clean. Happy to walk around just browsing.

The service was absolutely awful. That location is closing and everyone who work their peers to be angry and bitter. The manager bill has the worst customer service personality I have ever experienced. We left all of the products that we were going to purchase from them. Usually I like Bed Bath & Beyond, however I truly see why that location is closing.

Retail is NOT dead! I love this store. I recently bought a house and BB&B has been my one stop shop. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. Today Derrick helped me several times. Recently I purchased an item online and select pickup at store option, bed bath charged my credit card right away, same day I went to store to pickup my order. At the register I present my previous purchased items for return and show my new order detail to collect my item, associate Adjust the item price with my refund amount in simple words she charged me for the item at that point I mentioned I already paid for that item online and she said we didn’t charge you online we just reserve the item for you. Icing on the cake I paid online with 20% discount but in store she charge me full price.I came back home sadly and waited for the pending charge on my credit to be disappear automatically but now charge is finally posted. I am wondering why I am being charged twice for the item.Now I have to drive back again to the store and go back into the line and explain to whoever will be on the cash register.The only question I am asking to myself is it worth shopping again at bed bath beyond!

Shelf after shelf of all kinds of things for your home stacked to the ceiling. Lots of gift ideas for weddings and they provide the boxes and wrapping paper. For new brides/grooms they have a bridal registry and usually have someone that can assist. If you dont have a coupon mailed to your house or emailed to you, go online and your sure to find one. Have fun.

Friendly staff. The store is getting more crowded with merchandise, which makes moving around with the basket a challenge. When I went there computer system was down, making the lines long. Supposedly there is one line for all registers, but this was not explained to customers so some people were getting in front of others. They should determine their checking out system, one line, multiple lines, a line for returns only. I love using their coupons. They also had some very nice Harry Potter items that might daughter loved. Good customer service goes a long way with me.

I had a great experience here today. Doing some Christmas shopping today with my 17 month old little girl is sometimes interesting. I called ahead and spoke with Ryan to see if they had a Phillips hue lighting starter set. He was very willing to help me and pulled the products from the shelf and left them at customer service for me prior to my arrival. Everyone I had contact with today was amazing, friendly and very eager to help. Hard to find during the holiday season. Thank you bed bath and beyond.

Store is packed with items but not many customers. You can shop peacefully but if the store gets busy its hard to move around. Overall we like shopping here at times.

Havent been in a bad Bed Bath and Beyond yet. Clean store. Helpful employees. Didnt find what I was looking for but found many alternatives (lighted make up mirrors). Did not purchase but it was nice to see them and test them.

Got brochure, went to store immediately - We have 24 on order, dont know when coming.- they had one for me the next day and called early in the morning to let me know it was there. They hadnt gotten the shipment so maybe they saw the review and responded to it.

They didnt have any punch bowls are duck tape. I was tolded it was seasona for the bowll. Thats not true with that seasonal stuff. I went to Home Depot to get this stand flag pole what you put your sports flags on and was tolded the same thing. Went to Lowes they had them.

I went in knowing what I needed. Walk right to the item with seconds of walking into the store since it was right up front and within eye and earshot of customer service. Let them know I needed assistance to get the item down because it was heavy and too high up to grab. 2 employees standing at the counter helping one customer who was still at the same counter after I left. The employee who was just standing there WATCHING the other guy assist the customer is who I asked for help. After 15 minutes and my 3rd or 4th attempt to ask him for help, he calls someone on the stores intercoms to come help me even after I HEARD the other employee telling him multiple times to go help me and go man Ive got this finally after another 10 minutes of me still standing in the middle of the aisle and glaring at this dude, he decides to come out from the counter and help me. If my right hand hadnt been in cast I likely would of yanked this thing down somehow by now. He comes over and looks at me like he doesnt understand WHY I didnt get the item myself. So I explained that HIS stores display isnt going to cut it and I want one new in the box. So letting me know what a huge inconvenience I am to him he finally and very begrudgingly went and got a rolling ladder. After another 10 minutes of him trying to position and connect some kind of strap from it to the shelf multiple times he didnt bother to make sure he put it in front of the right item despite me trying to tell him this 3 different times. This time he is angry and jerks the ladder doesnt bother with the strap grabs the two very heavy boxes ( 6qt instant pots) shoves down at me, remember the cast on my right hand?? Maybe for a guy with muscles this wouldnt of been an issue but for a almost 50 yr old lady with MS and a cast on her right hand it was a serious challenge that caused me to bust the stitches in my hand. After finally getting my 2 items that I been standing and pacing in front of since 10 seconds after walking into the store and now nearly 40 minutes have gone by I take them to the front where the same 2 employees are still dealing with the same lady since I walked in. There are now SIX customers waiting on them. Already frustrated I loudly asked if they had any one else that could help check us out. Not sure WHY the customers have to explain to them this needed to be done,but they dod get on and ask for someone to come to check out. All the customers actually smiled and THANKED ME for saying something. One lady saud she had been standing there over half an hour. This is just nonsense and the mgr of this location needs to get with their employees and remind them when you treat your customers like they dont matter or they are an inconvenience to you. You lose their business. I had a full day of errands spending that long in the store after finding whar I needed is unacceptable. Issues like this is exactly why everyone is taking their business to online purchase and delivery businesses. In todays times crapping on customers that make the effort to come in your physical store should be treated with respect and like your paycheck depends on them because IT DOES. Wewont be returning to this location. (Missouri City, TX) We will have to drive farther to a location that has not lost sight of how to treat customers.

Very disappointed !!!!!!I just buy a product on Oct 27, 2018. I have two same gift cards, one I used, the other one remaining around $8. Today I go there try to buy the same thing. When I check out, the cashier told me the gift card remain balance is zero. I told him what happened and he call the manager. Because I don’t keep the receipt, so I ask the manager can he check the camera record. At first he rejected my request. And then when I asked him again, he told me it will take around 2 hours to check. I told him I can wait for it. He go to the office, 2 minuets later, he told me he don’t have the power to check the camera and give me a business card, asked me come back Monday wait for his boss. If you don’t have the power to check the camera, why you told me it will take 2 hours to check? Unwilling to help me, and the attitude very rude.Very disappointed about the customer service!

I called this place to see if I can return something that I ordered online without the box before making a trip from Rosenberg. Drove all the way here and they told me that they couldnt take it back!
