This store usually has what Im looking for and staff wear masks and are helpful...always my go to for holiday items.
Disgusting! employee may need some training and soon!. As a customer listening to her express her opinion regarding policing in the the Black community and defending their excessive uses of force was sickening. Id love to elaborate more here but I understand she doesnt represent the target brand she only works there; However I dont believe she fully understands how it affects the brand especially when the only people hearing her opinion are Black women. Target do better. I did not continue with my entire purchase because I just wanted to leave.
I would rate the Target Curbside program as the best. Ive used the same service at three other comparable stores and Target out ranks them in the following ways: 1) Can pick up items within two hours of ordering; 2) Have the flexibility to pick up items as late as three days after ordering; 3) Have assurance that items shown as in stock will be received; 4) The associates who bring out the items are prompt and courteous.
Yeah i work in the service industry. and if i can give someone a smile and answer their questions politely without rolling my eyes because a guest is interrupting my conversation with a coworker for TWO dollars an hour plus tips…. i think target employees can do it for 15.absolutely disrespectful staff. and not the teenagers either. the grown adults who work there who should probably learn some patience.

The Missouri City Target primarily visited by Riverstone and Sienna Plantation residents has been newly renovated to a more open format with wider aisles. They have a wide range of smart home devices, groceries and even pinatas. The checkout lines are long but moved swiftly and the restrooms are usually clean.There is a CVS pharmacy and Starbucks inside the store.Please like this review and follow me on Google for the next HONEST and UNBIASED set of reviews.

I am new to the area so this is only my first time in the store. The store was clean and the check out staff was delightful. I didnt give it a five star because they only had 2 full service lanes open, the line for self check out was long, and it was full.

The store is clean but the service is awful . The manager told me he’s following the company’s policy when he refused to see the price match proof from my mobile device. Super rude and in fact he was ridiculously against the company’s policy.

I will never buy vegetables or fruit for curbside pickup again. They push off ALL their expiring blueberries that are SOGGY and FLACCID on us... It seemed overtly a curbside customer policy to me. Make sure never to use them for this service... On a brighter side, the employee who brought our pickup out was very courteous and deserving of his tip... The store produce was pitifully not...
I was at this store 10/23/20 for a decently big speaker, and saw it was on sale. But the sale had ended, but the employee David H. on the electronics helped me and took care of me. He and the super helped me and honored the sales price even though it had ended, which saved me money. Now that is customer service. Thank you David H.
My mom and I received excellent customer service on this past Saturday..Mr Willie was our cashier and he spoke to us, asked how was our day. It made my Moms day because she was having a rough one. Also Ms Katherine was the cashier next to him and she also was kind and showed excellent customer service..Two great employees on the same day was wonderful. Made our day! Thank you!
Its a classic target. There is a starbucks inside. Restrooms are pretty clean. Good variety. Love the home decor, clothes and self care products

Early shopped last Wednesday at 8am. Easy experience and found everything I needed. Self check out was simple, and store personnel close for assist. Appreciate the courtesy for those 60+ and with compromised health. I give Target 5 stars for excellent shopping experience.

I have been going this target for the last 5 years and every time I go it is always well stocked and clean, the bathrooms are clean, and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

Not the neatest Target that Ive been too. The grocery section was subpar especially compared to the Sugar Land location. Will only be going to that one for grocery needs from now on. I dont know if they were renovating but it was a mess. Ive never been so stressed on a visit to Target.

Went to this target today looking for a kid pool for our daughter who is 4 and we cancelled swim and dance for her due to covid. And also had her at home etc a few days ago. Looked everywhere for a pool physically and online to no avail. We were giddy, she and I, finding this one last pool and when we got to checkout, it would not ring up. Long story short, the staff here at this time was awesome especially the manager Willie. He did everything he could, above and beyond, to help us out and it was just so positive. You know when someone is truly just real and trying to do their best. It shows. I wish target can see this or him. That as small as it is, it was just pure positivity seeing someone act so enthusiastically for someone else. There should be more people like him in customer service. I love target and have had good experiences. Today was even so much better. Thank you, stay safe, and Godbless!

Target Optical in Missouri city has the best service. We dealt with Susy Loredo and she dedicated a lot of her time to help my mom find the best frame for her face and gave wonderful suggestions regarding the type of lens my mom needed. I highly recommend her and her team.
Customer service guy can’t make up his mind on what’s the price on an item. Wouldn’t even bother helping us or checking with a superior. Too many high school kids working there no service whatsoever.

Awesome Optician! My husband needed 2 pair of glasses (everyday and computer). We wanted to try some other place then our Eye Doctor, so we choose Target Optic. What a great experience we had. Yesterday i did for the first time the Target Drive Up and it was excellent, friendly customers service and so quickly! I was more than happy!
Found everything I needed, prices were great. Bought a basket of blueberries and couldnt stop eating them. They were the best blueberries I have ever had. This may seem insignificant but I cant tell you how many times I have bought fruit and been disappointed.

I generally love target but recently had an issue with employees giving me false info on the product as well as the return policy. Took me three visits to your store to straighten it out. The issue was eventually resolved but it was a hassle and I almost got stuck with some useless product. Your employees especially in electronics need to be educated or taught to say they don’t know if they don’t know!!!I just wanted to update y’all..... I received an email from the manager of this target. He was able to make use of this aggravating experience by using it as a training tool for employees. He was actually the manager who finally corrected the problem for me. My family and I have always shopped at target and we will try this location again.
I find it more than slightly suspicious that most of the great reviews this store gets are by individuals who have no picture and only have left one review on google period. (The over the top positive BS one for this store.) This store is always a mess. Employees are everywhere but cashiering with their radios on the highest volume possible while chit chatting with one another and/or seemingly walking around aimlessly. They do not know the answer to any questions, if they even acknowledge the customers and are rude when approached if they dont run away first.Everytime I shop here I am followed. Sometimes it is by uniformed employees (the last being a young man in a blue shirt. Early to mid 20s). Other times I am followed by obvious loss prevention in plain clothing. They are not slick and are highly visible. Either they are trying to deter criminal activity by suggesting they are watching on purpose, or they are just really bad at it. Either way I have never stolen anything or even attempted to. I look younger than I am, my dressing style is somewhat unorthodox (rock or punk style) plus I do have one facial piercing and tattoos that are covered under clothing but a few peek out. But still this is is no reason for this type of behavior. While they are stalking me they are probably missing what the real thieves are up to. Management needs to stop stereotyping against people by the customers looks and focus on the important loss prevention techniques they hopefully learned in training. As a single, petite female this is sometimes scary and leads me to leave the store empty handed.
Target as a whole is great. But this experience was not. It was very off brand. Check the expiration date on everything. I purchased something that expired in October 2018. When I took it back I didnt even get an apology. I expected attitude from WalMart, but not Target.
Its the most user friendly, customer service store I have ever visited. Great price ever offered. Its price match policy makes me come here to shop a lot. I hope this brand will last forever! Now its Spring fever sale. OMG! Most items I like are on sale like crazy.

Honestly, whoever is in charge should look into the customer service provided by electronics. It was a male employee in the morning on 4/29. His tone of voice sounded like he wasnt happy to help me. I simply asked a question and he seemed annoyed. Well, excuse me for asking a question I needed an answer to. I know this isnt a 5 star hotel and I dont expect to be treated as if it was one. But seriously this guy was rude. No one should have to deal with his negative attitude. Neither in person or on the phone.
This store doesn’t have their stuff together. I came to this store to return a purchase and was told there were no returns til April 26th. The store didn’t have that posted anywhere in the store on online, so how are customers expected to know? Secondly, i return today, on the 26th, to return my purchases AGAIN, and am told that they’re STILL not taking them until tomorrow, the 27th. I’ve been up here three times now and wasted gas for no reason. This store needs to do better with staff communication and not hire people who don’t know what’s going on. I was told the 26th by multiple employers and the sign I finally found, all the way back in electronics, said the 26th. Won’t be shopping at this Target anymore.

Horrible experience!! I bought over $200 worth of goods and had a horrible experience. A clearance item was incorrectly labeled as 50% off and rang up full price. When I asked for it to be corrected, the sales associate took off the label and said it was incorrectly labeled. I asked to speak to the store manager and he would not give me the price on the label. They made the mistake but would not admit to it. The store manager Armando was very disrespectful and not helpful at all. I will never go here again. Im going to the other target for better customer service. Do not go here. They are very dishonest!!!

Today, I was shopping in Target for some storage boxes. I needed some assistance and was assisted by Joshua. He made my shopping experience very pleasant with his friendly, helpful approach. He definitely did everything he could to help me purchase what I needed. In addition, we had a good laugh about the activities of some children in the toy department. I left feeling really positive about my visit. I hope that you know what an asset Joshua is in terms of work, customer service, and marketing.

The mask police lady tried charging my fiancè and I $80 for a basket since it didnt have a tag on it. We looked it up and found it for $30 on the Target website.

I absolutely love this place and the missouri city location is my fave. CJ the manager has the best personality and customer service skills. If he wasnt already the manager Id definitely say a promotion was in order! He made my trip not only pleasant but went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I was going to return anyway but he makes me not want to ever go to any other location. Thanks CJ for being one on the best parts of Target.

Its worth it to drive to the one in Sugar Land. Both are Target but you get a world of difference in customer service. I came to this store because I was in the area. After paying, I received an email that notified me that 2 items I ordered for a family member at another store ran out of stock. So since I was already at the Missouri City store, I thought, Hey, I can just pick it up here, and switched to pick up at the Missouri City store. I even brought the items to the customer service desk. I asked the CSR if she could help me process the 2 items in front of her face. She told me there is no way to speed up the pick up process. I have to wait 2 hours to get the 2 items in my hands. How long does it take for someone to scan the 2 items in my hands so I can just leave with them? Something similar happened to me when I was in the Sugar Land store. The store had limited stock so I brought the items to the front and asked if they could hold it for the fulfillment employee because I didnt want to miss out on a sale. The CSR at Sugar Land just called one of the people who does the online order fulfillment off the floor to come to the front and scan my items for me. It took less than 5 minutes of waiting. Once the employee came to the front, it took them less than a minute to scan 6 items. I learned that day theyll do price adjustments to match cheaper online prices at the customer service desk. Bottom line, its better to just drive over to the Sugar Land store. Less of a headache.

My wife comes here ALL THE TIME. Target is pretty smart with accepting coupons, cartwheel, and price matching. That is what draws my wife here. Overall store is kept clean and problem free. Outside of one of their cashiers, they are very friendly, and willing to help. Good place to buy things you need, and dont need.
Extremely poor check out process, 24 registers, yet only 3 open and of course our young gentlemen was new and unsure of what to do. Manager walking around providing very little help and support to the Target employees let alone all the folks waiting in line just trying to check out.Honestly took 3X longer to check out than it did to shop.
They never have any cashiers an that was even before the corona came so whats the deal an the people who work around the store look so depressed wonder if its cause of management...

Guys, Never get Target gift cards. Be careful.I checked the card balance through their site & they zeroed it out and now complaining that they can’t fix the issue. I only got to when I tried to purchase something from the cashier at Target. I lost money and the reputation I had.Their customer service is extremely rude and unprofessional.
