The best comic shop in all of Houston, and more specifically the Sugar Land location. Loving and friendly atmosphere. and always such a great selection of comics and figures! Cant say enough about how awesome their staff is as well :)

Went for free comic day recently and the staff was extremely helpful. One person went the extra mile to help us look for a specific book called Im not star fire and actually found it. I was expecting things to be kinda hectic with the amount of people but everything was organized.

Really cant complain about this place! I always find something I want when I go and every person that Ive interacted with that works there has been super nice.If they dont have something youre looking for, they will get it for you pretty quickly. At least that has been my experience.Im into anime, Manga, superheros, comics and D&D and they have it all! Including some incredible dice sets!

Ever since I visited the located in Missouri City on my recent trip to Houston the staff has been nothing short of exceptional. They made both me and my wife feel welcomed as family and went out of their way to get a book that was typically easy to find and I had it in my possession before we came back to Springfield. Now that I am a permanent resident of Texas I refuse to patronize or entertain any other comic shop in this state!!!! They have the best customer service and their ability to locate back issues are unmatched. Everytime I entered this location I feel welcomed and appreciated by them they greet everyone at the door and have no problem chopping up with you about what’s good to read and where to start if your on the ropes about a certain title. The store is by far the cleanest comic shop that I have ever been and coming from New York that is a true blessing to behold. There is nothing that the staff won’t do to make you feel like you are on their team whether it’s holding a few issues you picked out in your bin for a later date or helping you locate some from another store. Hands down if you are a true comic head and want to be treated like a superhero everyday then walk into the location in Missouri City!!! You will never be disappointed….please keep up the good work ladies and gents you guys truly make a childhood hobby worth more than any book or figure could ever be….You can’t grade or scale excellent customer service like this you can only appreciate it and look forward to your next visit!!!

Called ahead to make sure they had what I wanted, and the staff was almost as excited as I was about comics when I got there.

I feel like this is a smaller store and LESS cluttered and packed than most bedrock city store. they did have the usual non comic items available as well. The MANGA section was impressive and several sets we wanted were available in nearly the entire collection. They had tons of newer released comics/graphic novels and also a released this week section which were all well stocked. Employees were readily available and excited help. Enjoyed this store, and almost spent too much money.

This has been a great place for a very long time, but one staff member really concerns me. I was checking out their comics in the back when I over heard this fat guy wearing what looked like a pig face mask talking about how he has a crush on this 14 year old girl that would come in the store from time to time. The man looked to be in his mid to early 30s and that really makes me feel uneasy.

I love going here with my kids, they have unique finds, plenty of graphic novels and comics. The staff is also really friendly.

I have enjoyed getting many comic books from here and my son likes the gfuel in the minifridge

Have come here multiple times, enjoyable pass time for collectors or even people that just like anime or a certain show, or superhero. Recommended

My kids and I love this place. We go in for something quick, and we usually end up talking to the employees about any number of things and end up there for at least an hour.

Bedrock City has a great selection of comics and merchandise! The employees are pretty cool as well. The store is pretty clean and organized. They have many t-shirts, backpacks, toys, and other collectibles. Overall, this store is pretty cool and definitely a gem for many fandoms!

I love this place! The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of products as well. Their Discord server that keeps everyone up to date on groups, events, products, etc. is so convenient. This is definitely my favorite comic shop in the greater Houston area!

I love this location it always has a great selection of comic books and funk pops And vintage toys I love the environment but the only thing I wish is that they had someone on staff that are a little more knowledgeable on the Items that they are selling Instead of guessing

I love this bedrock! Such a large store with a diverse inventory! Great deal on playing cards, especially Pokémon! The store feels very clean and they’re always playing music that you just want to dance to! 😂 they have a nice, diverse blind box section. A huge POP figure and figurines sections. If you love anime, comics, and gaming I would highly recommend this store!

I enjoyed the aesthetics of the business. However offer made to purchase the 2 comics they were interested in was given at least 1/6 of Wholesale value. So probably not a great place to take your comics to sale. These two factors made me give a middle rating for the establishment.

Great staff, very knowledgeable. This places is a second home for me it feels like. Im in there every Wednesday getting new comics and whatever else I might have money for. Then I stop in for no reason at all but to kill time and they dont seem to mind. And the comic back stock sales are really sweet. I usually leave after buying 75 to 100 comics then I try to go hit up a few of there other stores around Houston looking for more.

They rearranged the story from my last visit, but it has been a while. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent selection of statues, comics, toy collectibles, and more. They have something for all ages of comic/superhero fans. Check them out.

Ive been an admirer of everything this store has to offer pretty much my entire life. I knew Houston had gaming and comic stores and I frequently went to them throughout the years but Ive never been to a gaming and comic store that had as much high end merchandise and popular inventory as Bedrock City.The staff was super helpful and greeted my daughter and I the minute we walked into the store and were more than kind to share their time with me and answered all the questions I had. Even the fellow patrons in the store were eager to help, share knowledge, experiences and inspiration.The store and its atmosphere are amazing and I hope this place is here for years and years to come as I will surely be coming back!

The place was so well organized. They even showed me a demo of a new game. Even though I wasnt interested, the staff was very professional and not pushy about it. Great place friendly staff

Good variety, friendly staff. I like to go here to buy comics, cards, and supplies. I noticed recently that they have a bigger variety of statues and figures compared to before and they have a table there for games (although I dont know the specifics about using it). Ill definitely be coming back in the near future.

This place is first and foremost a comic book store; however, they are also one of the few places around with some classic action figure toys for sale at a reasonable price. He-man and the MOTU, original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Star Wars, G.I. Joes, and more. Theyve also got toys and t-shirts from more modern shows. Friendly staff.

This is the best comic book, and Im really anything store in that genre. I come to that store every time I visit Texas and the prices are not overpriced or reasonable, which is surprising for that kind of store you want comic books go and you want manga go it has everything

I was excited to see they had Groot & Rocket Hot toys in stock online. I placed my order only to have it cancel because it has been out of stock for months! They still have not updated their website I canceled my rocket pre order in Sideshow and payed deposit. I will never shop here!

My adult kids love Star Wars and Marvel, so love having this place close by to get them gifts. If they do not have an item they will order it from one of their other locations too. Lots of really unique items, clothes, figures, candies, magnets, posters, POPS, and if coarse comic books.

They have alot of the new comics and alot of variants. I will recommend getting a box because when new stuff comes out it never makes it to the floor for first come first serve buyers.
