SERVICE:Sam offered exceptional service, in regards to a screen repair and software diagnostics for an iPhone 6S. A very transparent business from repair to material sourcing with very fair pricing. Although it is a franchise, Sam definitely put pride into his work when it comes to testing the product as well as the repair.TURNAROUND TIME:The screen was shattered and the LCD showed minor signs of fragmentation and dead pixels, it took him roughly an hour with med-heavy foot traffic. (to be fair i was grocery shopping)PRICE:The pricing was very competitive with the competitors in the houston area, but overall you definitely get more than what you pay for in terms of service and parts.WOULD I COME BACK?Definitely and will be referring others who need repairs done. I did come back with issues with the work but Sam took care of it seamlessly.

Excellent service. I dropped off my phone and it only took 30 minutes or so to replace the screen for my iPhone 6s work phone. The price was very reasonable. Sam was extremely easy to work with and wasnt forceful on trying to upsell other items in his store. While I was looking for a phone case, I didnt feel pressured to buy one even though they didnt have a purple colored case to fit my particular model. I will certainly recommend this store to others and will use them again for any future repairs needed.

My experience here was awful. If I could rate zero stars, I would. They spent three days fixing my iPad(UBreakIFix does it in a few hours) and when I got it back, there was a piece of tape under my screen, low quality glass, and my home button was loose. I dropped my iPad *while sitting on the floor* on carpet and the glass broke(it was maybe one foot above the floor and I had a case on. The guy who “repaired it” told us not to get a screen protector, that my home button was “tight”(there was no issue with it until I went here), and that he put the tape under my screen to prevent a crack from spreading(he basically didn’t do what he was supposed to do which was fix the problem). I’m going to have to spend more money at UBreakIFix to get the damage caused by them fixed. It’s more expensive and farther away there, but trust me, it’s worth it.

--01/22/2019 Dropped off iPad off since it was not charging. Screen was cracked said it will be $70 to fix the screen. No problem. Said it will be another $70 to fix this charging issue. No problem. Now heres where the problems start--01/25/2019 Did not open the iPad the same day as was promised. 3 days went by zero updates. Had to call him for an update and he says we will open it today. Once again giving the run around.--01/29/2019 Now Its been 1 week and he cant seem to give updates nor take give proper results so I end up going up there.While checking him, he proceeds to say Im not sure what you do for a living but this is how its done When I responded that Im a certified Mercedes-Benz and BMW technician, you can see the hope is his eyes disappearing from trying to save himself from the run around he was giving left and right. He says we are now testing the mother board and battery I know for a fact if you brought me a car and Im not able to give you an update within 24-48 hours something is wrong and thats an instant red flag, stay away from this guy, his name is Sam. I dont expect his business to last much longer.And if youre reading this Sam, Mercedes-Benz and BMW cars are 30 times more complicated than an iPad my friend, we run over 150 computers in each vehicle that all have motherboards which does millions of calculations per second, so when something goes wrong we check everything down to the battery, the alternator, the charging system, the computers. You my friend are clueless of what youre doing with a simple phones and ipads.Take your phone/ipad to Go Cell iPhone iPad Repair and Battery Replacement They will fix it faster than these guys with more transperancy. Now we will wait and see when it is actually done. I will report back with an update if fails.Claims to fix everything but sends it off to another location to his technician its been a week still no results. Sorry cant recommend this place at all. Best part is i have everything recorded from the encounter. If the iPad fails after the fix, it will further confirm the bad customer service even more. Will come back and update. He will probably reply to this and try to still defend his tactics or try to say it was a misunderstanding on my part or shift the blame to the customer. SMH.--2/2/19 UPDATE. I-PAD STOPPED WORKING LESS THAN 3 DAYS AFTER THE RETURN. Workmanship and customer service goes hand in hand, piss poor like the business they run. Thanks Sam. You are a con artist.
