I came to this store (first time) to order a phone at 10/21, and they told me they will call me when phone is ready for pick up.After that I received an email with package tracking#, base on tracking status, it showed package delivered to store at 10/26.I called the store number at 10/27 to check when will be available for me to pick up the phone, they told me that the phone is delivered to warehouse not to store and need take 2 days for phone transfer to store, which is weird because the address showed is definitely the store address.Anyway, I still waited 2 days and called again at 10/29 to check, and then a man said he will go check for me, after 5 mins, he just hanged up the phone.Yea, that is my shopping experience in this store so far.
The staff at the Hwy 6 Missouri City facility are pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. We have purchased our last two sets of phones at this location and highly recommend them. They do get busy, but they always provide very good service.
Horrible experience with the service just like in car dealership . Store representative tried to trick you to buy extra accessories and upgrade your current plan in addition to buy new iPhone. After almost 2 hours of talking, I finally decided not buying anything at all and left the store. In one month later, my Verizon bill showed a charge posted for buying a new phone . I had to call Verizon customer service to clean up the mess. Strongly recommend you not shopping at this retailer store.
First it was annoying that there was a sign outside to wait...in the rain. A woman came up behind me and she was helped first...Wow! So I know it was my fault that I broke my phone, but I could not see text or calls. Second annoying thing was when trying to verify my account, the rep said that she would have to send a code to the phone. Really? There was no other way? I had my I.D. So I disturbed my son who was in class at the time to receive her stupid code. She reviewed the account and told me that I did not have insurance, which I was positive that I did, but went along with looking at new phones and upgrade options. Then when she went to look in the back, I remembered that I did indeed have insurance. She looked at my account again and lo and behold....So I wasted 15 minutes waiting in the rain, got skipped and was about to spend an unnecessary $1000 or more to find out that she cant perform an easy job. Please hire competent people or at least train them properly. Now if I acted a plum fool, then I wouldve been wrong. Geez!!
Basically I received minimal service. I was greeted by a trainee after waiting outside the door as requested by their sign. The trainee could not help as I was not there to look at a new phone so she had me sit in a chair by the door until another agent was available. It was probably 10 minutes before one customer left but instead of coming to me, the agent went to talk to someone else first. Then I was told they no longer carried screen protectors for my wifes old iPhone 11.And then I was told that I needed to go onto my computer to change my primary line on my account. When I said I had already spent time on the computer searching for it, she said to just call 611 & they would do it right away. So much for being helpful at this store. I would have only rated them 1 star but they were at least friendly when they told me they couldnt help me.
If I could. I wish give negative 10. This is not true Verizon. This is a corporation store with Verizon. When your get any trouble with this store, their company can not do any action directly to this store. Around 4-5 month before, I transferred from T-Mobile to Verizon because it has new customers promotion going on. Trade in old phone to get almost free new phone . Only cycling bill is higher than what I have with T-Mobile. But it’s fared to this trade. Some shocking thing happened after I sign in with them. The store manager is Andrey. He only talks nice and promises he will finish all documents, and rush to send customers leave. But never finished the proceses . And finally he said he can’t change anything. I gets so upset with Verizon.
I have been with Verizon for over a decade and never have I felt cheated by Verizon like I have this time around. I moved my entire family to Verizon. This store offered $300.00 x2 money back in the form of MS or VI - never saw a dime in my account. Then I was promised that the store manager would ask the sales rep to help out… not a peep. Adam, the Sales person, on the other hand was very very helpful. He helped move my family from ATT to Verizon. He was out for a few days due to Covid but called as soon as he was back. Due to the delay in getting the phone for my Mother, I was told that the activation fee would be taken off and the Manager., Andrew would try to fix the situation. Waiting to see what happens next.
The staff was very helpful and even though it was closing time, they werent rushing the 3 sets of people to get the stoe closed. Whatever it took for the assisting of te customers.
I am never going back here again. Most of the employees are not honest here. I had to go there three times to pick up a phone. They kept telling me to come back because the person who helped me was not there at the times I went there to pick up my phone. I had to cancel the order finally. I was still charged for the phone I did not even receive. I had to call Verizon to cancel it. One of the agents who introduced himself as an assistant manger (I dont want to say his name) told me he would cancel the order and give me a call the next day and he never did. They kept lying!!!. I wasted a lot of my time. If you want to save a lot of precious time of yours, go to a Verizon company store.

I had to wait outside for 30 minutes in the burning hot sun while the employees sat around. I witnessed other customers wait for 30 minutes while available employees passed them up. Employees are EXTREMELY rough in the way they deal with customers and I was almost forced into buying a samsung phone over the phone I actually wanted. They also realized they transferred me to a phone that in reality belonged to someone else so they had to take it back. I did not have a phone for 4 days and the only response I received was “there’s nothing we can do about it”. These people only want to take your money and after they receive it the customer no longer matters. Please from one honest person to another don’t go to this store and go to a official corporate store again. There is one nearby and they will help you out the proper way. I am not the only customer with this experience. This store deserves a -5 star rating.
There was only one staff, waited at the door for 20 mins in hot sun and then inside for good 45 mins. And still no one came to attend. Walked out of store very disappointed and wondering how can a company of great value have such lousy customer care. Verizon better fix it, look at the reviews of several negative reviews
I’ve been a Verizon customer for decades because the service is great. They’re so helpful in making the move to a new phone. Every time I get a new one, I realize I should have done it sooner!
Store was empty. A female with her hair shaved on the sides was hanging out with a gentleman. There was also a heavy set white male with glasses at a computer. No one acknowledged me, and no one wanted to help me. I ended up calling customer care to order my tablets and phones. I can see why the store is always empty. The staff are lazy and lack customer service skills.

Not what used to be. Went for an upgrade, what usually took a day, max 2, ended up being me going to the store 7 times! Twice for services interrupted while waiting for my phone to ship. I did not get the $300 discount that I qualified for, I ended up dreading going back to the store because I never received a call or text as they promised they would when the phone was in their store, they said it wouldnt take more than 2 days, it took 2 weeks. I ended up with an extremely high monthly bill even before the phone was even shipped! I lost my device dollars that took me 2 years to acquire and lost money, not all of it will refunded since they put services on my old phone that was supposed to go to the new one! They made a mess of my account, and not to mention the time I spent waiting outside and inside the store for service was close to 4 hours, their text messaging system they have is a joke, the people waiting right outside the door get priority. At some point the assistant manager was assisting me, she just got up and dissapeared in the middle of helping me out. I would go to an actual Verizon store for help if I were you. In one of my visits an elderly customer was sent to one of these stores to get helped and at his way out he said, I hope you have better luck here, needthless to say, I did not. This store is a joke, it used to be my favorite but now the people working here do not know what theyre doing, in my 7 visits I was helped by 5 of them, none which were of any help. I gave up of getting an upgrade, decided to get my money back and next time Ill either be going to an actual Verizon store, call to order my phone, order it from Samsung themselves, or Ill just completely change providers for 5G services, anything than going back to this store.

I only put 1 star because I cant put 0. I was very disappointed of how I was treated after my deals was done. My salesperson (Mohyuddin F) he handle my account, offering me all deals (3 promotion that Verizon only promo 2 of them) Verizon new Customer. We make the deal and I informed him all the additional charges that I want. I spend almost 4hrs there. Well everything when well until I get the bill from Verizon via email, bill was ridiculous high ( salesperson added additional features without my concern and 1 of the deals they that offering me was not reflected on the account) and immediately call customer services. I spend hours with customer service to get this account fixed and also called the Manager (JAMES FLORES) to trying to straight my account and the deals that the offering me. But the Manager only apologized for the misunderstanding between me and the salesperson and he cant do nothing about it. Once the sale is made they dont care about customer. Ill definitely NOT use this location again.

Very bad experience.When you go to buy a phone, they act very nice to sell you a product, but once you buy it they do not care about you at all. Also, they claimed that the wifi was so slow that I had to wait more than 3 hours to checkout. The employees have no knowledge about the terms of their own deals and do not tell you about hidden charges and fees even if you ask them to. I bought a phone from here with the deal of getting unlimited data. They had said that the monthly line charges would be the same as my plan before. In my bill the next month, the unlimited plan was 30 dollars more than my old plan had been. I had specifically asked their employee Umair, who sold me the phone, if the bill would be the same, and he said yes. Later on, when I went to ask about it, the Verizon store said that they could not do anything about it. I was being forced to pay 30 dollars more when I had been told this would not be the case. After days of going to the store and asking them to change it, one of the employees said that he would talk to his manager and call me the next day. He never called me. When I called the store manager, he said to come to the store the next day from 1 pm - 8 pm. When I went to the store, he was not there and had not been there the whole day. After this, I was frustrated with the lack of quality service at this location, and after calling many times, someone told me that the only thing I could do was start paying with autopay online to get rid of the 30$. I was forced to switch how I paid my bill and was only informed of this condition after asking multiple times. Keep in mind that none of this was said while I was buying the phone and asked multiple times if there was anything else I should know about my bill. I ended up being forced to pay using autopay and am very disappointed with the service I received at this location. I would give it 0 stars if I could. 👎

Jordan at Verizon was so great to work with. He answered all of our questions, worked extremely efficiently, and did so much to offer to help us! My mom and I considered ourselves lucky to get Jordan to help us with our upgrades he offered us great deals, did what he could to save us money and was overall so friendly and made the experience so easy!

My tech (Herman) was super-patient, despite having to deal both with my case and someone elses. I give HIM five stars. Im rounding up from 4.5 stars for overall because the chairs could be more comfortable at the desks.Verizon OVERALL, however, rates only a 3, for not briefing their techs on the now-known issue involving 5G SIM cards on iPhone 12s and the most likely fix.
John, was extremely helpful/polite, and I really appreciate that he took his time to make sure that I was happy with my purchase as a well as asking me if I had any questions or concerns, to please give him a call and he would be more than happy to help.

I spoke to Heather (General Mgr of this locations store). My fiancee and I were told to check-in, because the store was at capacity and someone would call us when it was our turn came into the store. We never received a call or text, and the store showed no record of a text to our number per Heather. The rep that let my fiancee into the store after waiting 1 1/2 hrs said, that they werent using the check-in system. We waited for 1 1/2 hours and then to be told they are not using the check-in system after being told to check-in is extremely poor customer service and unacceptable. I planned on switching over from AT&T but the nonchalant attitude that we received from the store manager convinced me to take my business elsewhere after asking is there anything they can do for the inconvenience.
These guys tried to rip me off. I ordered Buy One Get One iPhone Pro Max online and store pick up. Right after it is placed, I received an email indicating that my order is canceled. So, I went to store and they told me that they can give me the phones if I purchase $200 phone case per phone.. yes I need to pay $400 for two phone cases to get the Verizon official deal. I asked them if this is Verizon policy or your policy. They said it is their policy, since it is a brand new phone. I am going to email Verizon too and follow up this scam. They canceled my order on purpose to rip me off. I cant reorder because I have a pending order now. Please dont go this store, or dont choose them to pick up. they will mess up your account.

Watch these people like a hawk. As I was getting my phone and account setup, the salesperson, Mohy (I apologize if I spelled the name incorrectly) added multiple things I didnt ask for to my account. My girlfriend and I both caught him on multiple times doing this, asking him to stop and remove them. He said they were removed but low and behold I get my first bill and all these additional features are on my account. I have been double charged for activation on three lines and now I will have to call and spend hours to get this account fixed. Terrible! As a veteran, I feel taken advantage after leaving AT&T after 15 years. Regretting this decision already!
If I could rate this store a 0 I would! Or like someone else mentioned a -5!! They charge additional fees Verizon doesn’t charge. Poor customer service. They also tack on additional items to your bill so make sure to check!

This is the worst Verizon location. There are about 5 employees and no one wanted to help and sat around talking about videogames. The manager just wanted us our of the store as soon as she found out that we had a prepaid line. We came in with two lines to switch over from a different network and spent at least two hours there and left with one line not changed and the other not working anymore.

I only put one star because I can’t put 0. I was very disappointed of how I was treated upon walking in to this Verizon location trying to be a new customer. There were 2 employees at the front at the time and instead of the person that was available helping me he asked me to wait for the other employee that was unavailable to help me, after I waited the employee tells me he can’t look up my file only the location I went before can see my file I had to call the customer service line just to receive help, the customer service line notified me this was NOT A TRUE STATEMENT I ended up leaving and not spending money here.

Jeremy took advantage of me by over charging me for assessories without my knowledge of the cost. Jeremy also charged me a $19.99 set up fee for my devices without my knowledge. Jeremy was suppose to email me my receipt but never received it. I called in to the office to request a copy of my receipt is when I noticed the extra over and extra charges on my account.
Very helpful considering the fact that I was placed in a position to handle someone’s personal affairs until their health got better. All I had to do was show the proper paperwork which they documented and everything else was a breeze.

I came in to inquire about one of Verizons data plans and got excellent service from Byron. Not only was he nice but also informative about the phones within the store. I stopped by to trade in my iPhone 10 for the IPhone 11 and the attendant told me my trade in credit was $70. I obviously didn’t believe her and went home to talk to a Verizon online representative who told me my trade in vale was $305. Very dishonest attendant at this location, I will never go back.

One of the worst experiences Ive had at a cell phone location ever. Spoke with the general manager Mike on site who refused to examine a phone for a manufacturers defect well known to the model, claiming that the edge crack excluded any type of warranty claim. Legimately worst experience Ive had in my 9 years with Verizon

This store is new and not as busy as many of the others. There is plenty of room and seating for when they do get busy. Staff was nice and not overly pushy, CT was awesome
