Good morning all! Ive had a Mac Desktop that I bought at a relatively inexpensive price for about two years (I kept it sitting in my closet). After purchase, I realized that it was super outdated and slow. Also, the previous owner did not factory reset as mentioned. I pretty much bought it on a whim because of the price. After seeing rave reviews about Neils service at The Tech Plug, I thought Id give him a try. To say I am pleased would be an understatement!
