I can always count on stellar service at this location. I had to mail a package to my Son and did not have a box for shipping. Everyone was very kind, professional and Helpful in ensuring I had a box and the correct size. They printed out a label for me after requesting the shipping information verbally and ensure my package was headed to the correct address. My Son received the package on time as promised by the UPS Team. My experience was a breath of fresh air after leaving the Largo location where the service was not up to par. I have always used this location and will never stray again!

This is a small location. You will have to wait outside. However, I appreciate the staffs hustle. They were working hard to get everyone taken care of and did a great job of multitasking -- scanning shipments in while waiting for other customers to find their Amazon return label emails. I waited over 25 minutes to get in, but what a difference it makes when you get inside and encounter staff who actually seem to care about customers and their jobs!

This location is individually owned. I was at labcorp for blood work and came into ups to print something out. They were snotty and rude. When I asked to print something out they charged me 3.00 just to email it to them and they claimed it costs for customers to use the computer but I never even used the computer. They printed it out for me and although 3.00 isn’t a lot it was the experience and moral of the situation. It is unfortunate that during such times they rob customers of fees and charges that normal UPS don’t charge otherwise. It was a bad experience overall.

I understand this is an independently owned franchise but over the years the level of service has continued to decline and is perpetuating the stereotype for black owned businesses. We shouldnt be taken advantage of in our own communities by being nickled and dimed for your overhead expenses or be denied courtesies that are complimentary if you drive 10 minutes to the Woodmore location. Do better.

I always have a great experience at this store. There’s definitely that “family-owned” feel to the service. The associates are folksy and are not in your face with over-professionalism. They get the job done.

Very bad service. i rented a mailbox and someone else already had their mail coming to it. i live in Va but needed a MD address. they forwarded the other persons mail to me then refused to pay for return shipping. don’t know if they other people ever got their mail.

I first went to the Woodmoore location that was closed. I drove to store #1744 Central Ave. Mitchellville MD. I was helped by Rodney. He was very friendly and helped me with my package. The process was effortless. He wished me Happy Holidays. Thank you, Rodney !!

I visited this store for the first time very recently. For the most part, my visit was pleasant. The store itself is beautiful. But I was a bit surprised when I was asked by the Clerk to tape up my packages myself using my own tape. I kept the packages open to ensure that I had everything inside before the packages were sealed. In addition, I did not tape the labels at first to make sure I removed the old labels to the satisfaction of UPS. The Clerk then did tape both labels on my packages for me. They were not large packages at all....but this may be something that they dont usually do as far as taping packages for customers....Im not sure and I did not question it....and did as I was told.

Refused to ship packages to an APO. Emailed the location to confirm information on why I was unable to ship from this location to an APO, when I had just done so May 23rd. The response was clearly written by the same person who refused my packages on June 1st. Shipped all the same packages without issues to an APO at the UPS on 145 Fleet Street on June 2nd.

The location is clean, but small. Also, despite having two workers neither can multi-task. Three of us in line and two of them just need to pickup packages. I’m waiting to drop off with packaged items and present-printed labels. Can’t even get a receipt for what I’m dropping off. More than 10 mins just to help one customer at the counter. They’re polite. Just wow a hell!!!!!

I was beyond irritated with the service at the ardwick ardmore location today. The Central ave location more than made up for the bad service at the ardwick ardmore location.Thank you soo much Central Avenue location!!

Manager (Ms. Rosa) refuses to wear a mask because, and I quote, my rights. If you or a loved one are immunocompromised or youre generally concerned about protecting yourself against COVID-19, go elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. I tried to establish a PO Box at the location and asked a question about the numbering of the terms of the contract. The older woman was not trying understand the question that I was asking and proceeded to tear up the page in question. Very unprofessional. There are other options available, chose another location.

Please refrain from utilizing this specific UPS drop-off location. The African American Associate male working by the name of Curtis was irate and unprofessional. Aloof and selfless. I was told by mouth from Curtis directly I had to pay .80 cents to tape my package for delivery. There was no policy to enforce the action of payment. Curtis then began to rudely brush me off. I asked for his name and store information, he shouted find the address yourself and scribbled lines illegible for me not to understand. In final, STOP POURING INTO PEOPLE and BUSINESSES that dont value the interaction of customer service. Curtis you need Chick-fil-A training IMMEDIATELY.

This location has very rude workers not sure if it’s because I’m younger than the workers serving me but I was treated unfairly. I told the ups worker the company I was returning to had an account and had provided me with instructions to give to him so my packaging is free they told me they don’t do that. Despite me calling the UPS and asking prior to coming. He then looked beyond me and asked for the next customer Instead of calling another ups for me to see if they could service me. I called the next ups and they said they can provide me service because the company I’m sending back to has an account with ups so they don’t know why I wasn’t helped at the central ave one. Even if this isn’t a service this location can provide helping me by calling another location is customer service don’t look beyond me just because I’m younger and you feel I don’t deserve respect because of this. Definitely going to make sure I can find out who to talk to because being treated like that by someone who supposed to represent a company and provide support and service is truly disgusting.

Please do not go this store. Workers very rude. And they are charging even for small taping :)..80$ cent. I never seen before. And I am not using Ups first time either. If you are here good luck!!!

I know it’s not a requirement to have a great personality but at least greet and be nice to your customers! The lady who worked with me was extra rude. Glad I don’t have to go to this location much!

Terrible service... i tried to send back equipment to direct tv and the person said ...We provide that service only monday to friday!! Why are you even open on sarurdays then? I wasted my time coming here.. never coming again.. fedex is better choice!!!
