Rung me out for a service did my shopping. When back to check on my vehicle about an hour later and was informed they didnt have the materials and would not be able to change my oil.

Could have been better! Slow service even though they werent very busy!

Sure didnt website says they open at 7 am and waited for a hour cause they dont open till 8 am then they said someone called in so they couldnt fix my tire. Definitely going elsewhere

Sat here for 3 hours for one tire to be changed. Mechanic decided to wait 30 minutes to tell me I needed to move something from the trunk. Moved it and it took them another hour and still havent seen my car move.

I got a tire patched here about 2 weeks ago and driving off I noticed a pull that was a bit worse than before I figured they just didnt balance them right and it was time for an alignment so I took it to another tire shop today to get it taken care of and this is the tire wm fixed it has sever inch long threads poking out and is bubbled up. I have a hard time believing that happened in that length of time and will not be returning for future services regardless of convenience. I will say that my experience wasnt actually all that convenient the time before either, I purchased tires online and went to have them out on which is free when you buy tires there, I was quoted a price to balance and dispose of the old ones and when I was called back the cost was doubled. When I pointed it out the guy said I could just check out and then go to customer service to get a partial refund. Whyyyy would I do that? I stood there for about 45 minutes telling him I wasnt going to pay double the quote for a service that was free with purchase and he finally managed to get it removed but this coupled with my recent interaction has lost me as a customer

I call ahead for an emergency flat repair & schedule to be seen at 6 pm. I come in at 5:53 & Im told it will be an hour & a half wait that 3 others are ahead of me now. Im told they dont accept same day appointments yet I reference the 6 minute conversation I had with a female associate just to be told by the assistant manager Nate that Im lying & the female associate denies having told me to come on in. I am now stranded at Walmart with my 5 year old with no choice but to allow them to repair my tire as its on the rim (quickly having gone flat after arriving) The ASM refused to let me speak to anyone else, file a complaint or resolve the situation. I was basically told take it or leave it. Never returning to this auto center again.

Showed up a little late to have tires put on. The guys stayed late to take care of us and make sure we were good to go!

Went to get my oil changed they broke the plug to the oil pan 😡 I had to go to a different store buy a new plug and put it in my damn self .. I will never get my oil changed at Wal-Mart in moberly ever again

Kinda slow fixing tires 1 1/2 hour once they started to patch one tire
