Girls upfront are friendly and all but the rest are super rude. I Can guarantee that you won’t be seen on time. The assistant is rude and inpatient especially with kids. Dr is pretty to the point but in a I know more then you way. If my Insurence would cover any other place in town I would go there instead. 3 different times I’ve been told that someone called me and left a message because of something (frames are in, Insurence isn’t up to date, appt rescheduled etc..) and I never get the call or the message. Ever! Pretty sure they never even tried but said they did
My mother had possibly one of the worst experiences at any eye doctor shes ever had. I dont recommend anyone go to this location. Very rude, judgemental and all around unpleasant eye doctor.
Hours at this store are not current on website. I needed glasses repair for my daughter and called in advance to confirm hours on website only to be told incorrectly by associate. Did not find out until next morning when i arrived at 6am only to find out I had been told incorrectly. Will not be returning.
My husband went to Dr. Gunnerson for eyeglass prescription. Prescription was way off of what he needed. After getting prescription filled he could not see. To make a long story short. He went to another doctor for a second opinion and found out that the prescription from Dr. Gunnerson was way off. When asking about a refund he was told he should have come back. Why go back where it was wrong to begin with.
Everything went smooth.
That poor girl working today had her hands full. She was nothing but polite and humble not with just me, but the rude women who had came back in and basically started screaming at the associate. She didnt raise her voice, she apologized, answered the ladys questions, and apologized to me also once the lady left. I asked her if she was the only one there or if someone else was working. The associate said that she was the only one there, that they only had one person work on Sundays. She was very friendly and was able to fix me up in no time! I dont know what her name was but it started with an M. She was tall with red glasses. They should think about having more than one person work on Sundays.
Went to Vision Center for exam May 1, 2018 to get contacts. Received trial pair. Right contact was blurry the doctor said with Mono vision it takes some adjustment. I wore contacts off and on for a month with blurry vision on right side. I walked in today and the doctor is on vacation and the staff member who was there said sorry no one is here & you need to see the doctor. Needless to say I need to be able to see. I will never go back & unfortunately I have to go somewhere else to have another exam. They couldve gave me another contact until the doctor returned, but the employee was not sympathetic or empathetic...all I got was Sorry. Poor Customer Service from the Lady up front!!
Ordered contacts. Told would be delivered in 5-7 days. 5th day was told not in yet, havent received first delivery yet 6th day told not in yet. Wait, theyre on backorder. Says they were shipped. Should be here tomorrow. Shipments arrive around 09:00.7th day was told not in. Delivery doesnt arrive before 2:00.8th day not in, on backorder from factory. Will let you know when they come in.Every time I called, I got different answer. Would have saved a lot of frustration if they had simply told me in beginning that they were clueless. Had 2:20 appointment, didnt have exam until almost 4:00. But, they made sure they had financial information within the first 15 minutes.
