Bought a Hobart plasma cutter talk to manger said it wouldnt cut what I needed wife went in and bought a bigger one the off brand and brought it to me it was worse the the Hobart call them told them to order the 220 plasma cutterthey said they would refund them took them back hoping the 220 Hobart was in no one ordered it didnt have the money to pay me they said Id have a check in a few days that was a month and a half ago still no check can get a answer from no one at store whats next

This past winter I couldnt figure out how to light a heater connected to the propane tank I figure they would know I bought it there and they didnt have a clue...they didnt even know they sold this product!!! Needless to say their workers need to be educated on the products they sell!!

Orscheln has terrible customer at multiple locations. I use the store at Mt Vernon some since its close to home. What I notice there is employees that are young, dont know and dont care. Apparently this is a common practice company wide. I drive a truck short haul and occasionally need different items. I stopped at the store near Camdenton recently and never had anyone help me find what I was looking for or even offer. Most recently I needed something while in Marshfield. I called ahead of time and got put on hold for 5 minutes. I finally hung up because I was near the store. When I got there I couldnt find what I needed and had to track an employee down to ask who didnt know if they even had what I wanted. Im fed up with Orscheln.
