EDIT ALERT..... decreased stars due to issues after our purchase,be warned.No pressure, helpful and local, as well as knowledgeable...gave info on the line of furniture we were considering that we didnt get elsewhere. Delivery was next day and free with setup, delivery men were respectful of our home and purchased items, set them where we requested instead of putting them inside the door and taking off.... BUT, Im now following up and editing my experience with regards to dealing with them on a warranty situation.We alerted the owner (no matter what he calls himself) that the rocker recliner we bought was defective and leaning in the frame. It took a little over two months of US calling them and receiving a lot of excuses about what was taking so long..... someone would be sent but noone showed up and on and on. We even called the Ashley company but they couldnt help because we purchased from an authorized dealer and not them directly, they did tell us that as far as the excuses being given (cant get a replacement, cant get the parts etc) they were false because both were available to him (at that time). A little over two months later the mechanism was replaced.... its still not 100% right but were done.... and will not do business with them again.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff! Excellent prices!Looked at 2 other stores for a piece of furniture, they were wanting to charge the price of a new house for the item plus interest for payments. But at Do Furniture, I found the same item less than half the price of the other stores. It was so affordable that I was able to purchase the item right then and there, with no payments or interest. Highly recommend!!!

My experience with this company is was excellent. The gentleman that was running the store who helped us was very knowledgeable/straight forward and honest. We got a great price on our couch and he also offered us free delivery as well as hauling off and disposing of our old couch and loveseat at no extra charge. This gentleman also stayed at the store with us for an hour after he was supposed to close the store just to get our deal/paperwork done and never once tried to rush the process. I don’t foresee me doing business with any other local furniture store.
