This is way overdue. Ive been dealing with Superior Adventure center for 15 years now. Im in St. Louis & yes they are just over 2.5 hours away. I have found NOBODY with the level of integrity, fairness & customer service ANYWHERE that they deliver EVERY day! I have dealt with many companies here in St. Louis and I will gladly make the trip to Moberly anytime! I want to thank Todd & Cheryl for your continued service & friendship and especially Chris & Eli ... you guys that have been going way beyond the call of duty on my boat engine & outdrive and have without a doubt been doing absolutely incredible work on my boat over the past 3+ years! I know the work required was not easy and you guys nailed it! Thanks again for all you & the Team do!

I have been to Superior a few times this year. Have purchased boating supplies(skis, tubes, jackets, etc). Owners were very helpful and knowledgeable about all things boating, Im not a rookie at it, but was nice to get another point of view. A couple of tips on how to train new boat drivers on docking was very helpful! Separate trip, took the boat in for a complete service as well as a couple of small repairs and one large (replacement of shift cable). Was called once to confirm the replacement, repairs were done timely. Will be using them going forward. They arent the cheapest place, but an old saying is: Good isnt cheap and cheap isnt good! Highly recommend shopping here. Service is next to none, they are very honest and helpful. They arent just looking to make a sale they are making sure you get items that will work for you. The owner is full of knowledge on all of his products which makes picking the right items out a breeze!

Just called and the owner himself answered my phone call and spent a good amount of time answering all my questions and was very honest and friendly. My chain saw new was only 100 dollars and he knows i will not wanna spend much on it to fix it, but still took the time to talk to me and answer my questions personally. When it is time to buy a bigger more expensive saw, i plan to go here to buy it just because of my experience taking the saw in and then my phone call with the owner just now. Thank you!

If only I could post pics. with the lovely response we have got,we wanted the 4 wheeler looked over and running properly if it cost us $2000 it didnt matter we wanted the bike running in good shape,,we said fix the bike in good running order,, you say you can only do work that is on work order so if bike is not running proper you didnt do as requested ! speedometer yeah wasnt spending the money you wanted cause we got one cheaper, winch cable yeah we could put a simple water clamp on winch save the labor costs too, floor boards no clue till we saw the bike,explain the black tape like you did today to my husband and witnesss on the intake your mechanic worked on,, We were told 4 wheeler fixed obviously was not,, I expect to fire it up and ride with out it back firing or oil being in gas 5 miles down the road, (by the way as it says it was fixed)first run gas in oil !!!!! on the receipt we got they fixed the gas getting into oil issue, it was never fixed still had that issue and how can a mechanic or shop who has been all over the carb of a bike think that black tape will fix the issue ? Run your mouth about us all you want but if our bike,, or tiller was actually fixed and running good we would have no reason to waste our time making a response on here and then paying someone else to do the job we hired you to do,and you did apparently remember our 4 wheeler when my husband walked in with his receipt and issues we found that had been somehow over looked by your mechanic, when everyone we talked to knew what the issue was we looked and it happened to be wrapped in black tape instead of being fixed like we had stated we wanted,, any issue with the bike fix it I guess we were not specific in saying new parts not black taping things up to make them pass for 5 minutes,, and when my husband went into your shop about the issue he brought witnesses just to make sure everyone knows. !!!!!Sure sounds like everyone was in a hurry to fix the issue then, instead of when we requested it fixed,, either have a talk with your mechanic about what he is actually doing or this place is really that bad,, and the tiller we brought in,, it wouldnt till either when we brought it home but dont worry about that,, we took it to orschlen and they solved the issue in less than 30 minutes.!!! Would not recommend, took 4 wheeler in told them go through it anything that needed fixed or worked on do it to make sure running right, after first time brought home, they had done carburetor work everything, brought home was running worse brought back they blamed it on gas we used said even if we bought a new gas can there would be dust in the new can that would effect our 4 wheeler,, still wasnt running right had someone else look at the bike and the intake at the carb had been taped up with black tape instead of being fixed,, how can a place do this and then over and over blame it on the gas,, we have been with out this 4 wheeler for a couple months while it was having issues, and when we went back in showed them the issue they didnt have much to say except they couple probably fix it but waive shipping?how much labor did we spend on this bike just for what was the probably the main issue the whole time the intake to be wrapped in black tape to solve the issue for a couple days. Will never take anything back to this place,, and to think I was so close to buying one of their ATVs until we found out what they had done, really feel like we have been screwed when we find things wrapped in black tape, This place money hungry not worried about quality of work, and to think of all the business they could of got from us if they would of done us right,, now everyone we talk to knows and has seen the work they have done,I dont care about how much they say they did and the cost,, all that matters is the fact that the bike or tiller we brought to them would not properly run when we brought them home,, we did not give them a budget to work with we said fix and make run right,, do we need to bring witnesss in to shop who see this bike not run?

Is the worst place for getting thing done I dropped off a generator for fixing and they said it would be 3 weeks and it has almost done been 2 and a half months and they said today they still have started on it I will never tell anyone to take nothing there if you need it before 3 or 4 months its the worst service I have ever seen
