If there was a zero stars or even a half of a star rating I would have checked it, quite frankly the worst example of customer service I have ever seen, what ever I have to do to change companies or invent my own cpap equipment I will do .........

I have never had any problem and all my supplies comes from lincare out of the state of Florida..they call me faithfully everytime when its time to order something as for when im needing new tubing for my o2 machine i have to find a ride to the office and get it or they will send someone out with it usually that day or the next.so far ive always had good service with them.

This is the slowest and unorganized company Ive ever dealt with.

My experience with Lincare was very bad. The people were rude. It took them 3 months to get my mask right and by then I was considered non-compliant and that my insurance wasnt going to cover the cost of the machine and they wanted their machine back. They were rude about it.

I have been waiting over 2 weeks for a cpap machine for my son. Everytime I call the lady is very rude . 10 days had came and gone . Very disappointed . If this is how they treat people then I should have went through some where else

My son and I both use Lincare. They are slowest people to deal with. Took forever to get his Cpap. I was ordered to use nebulizer three weeks ago, still waiting. I have to call them. I have my medicine for it no machine.

Never follow through with anything.Not sure it is the driver but every person in that office that I have dealt with

An elderly lady at the Moberly Towers had her concentrator to quit on her and we all tried over and over to call them but there was no answer. This lady had to call an ambulance.

On behalf of an elderly man this place should be removed from Medicares supplier list

Very poor service, Someone else should start a oxygen supply in Moberly they would for sure drop this one out of business in days.
