First of all the prices are wayyy outta pocket. why is a thing of cheap powdered foundation 5.99. Secondly i went in for wig glue and she told me the cheapest one was 19.99 i said no and she then told me the cheapest one was 13.99 i said no again and she hustled me to buy a 6.99 one (which isn’t even wig glue it’s edge control). You shouldnt pressure your customers to buy your products and keep changing the prices. Lastly you will get racially profiled (followed around the store) as if your going to steal.

Bought two scarfs for $3.99. Came back to the store two days later because I wanted to exchange or store credit for them because the scarfs didn’t work for what I need them for. And I understand they don’t do refunds but the woman would not let me exchange or store credit because she said the scarfs had been used and she couldn’t resale them and was rude about it. It also made no sense because they are simply scarfs and were in the same condition I bought them . Really wish we would stop spending our money with these types of ppl. Because there would be no business without us.

The customer service/cashier was a bit stand offish, impatient and acted put-out when answering questions about the products I was wanting to purchase.Hopefully she was just having a bad day.

They are very pricey but they do have nice wigs the only thing i dont like about them they be watching everyone like they gonna steal something and everyone dont steal and that will make customers stop shopping with them

I called this morning to verify this store was open since my daughter has a braid appt in like 30 mins. The lady confirmed they were open. I then asked if they sold kanaklon hair and she said yes. I asked her how much? She says, I dont give prices over the phone, BYE! REALLY! REALLY! REALLY! I will NEVER-EVER patronize them for anything!!!! IJS-that was rude and for NO REASON at all!!!!!and ACTUALLY they get NO STARS I just had to click one in order to post this!!!!!!!
