I had a great experience at Sephora Jessica was really helpful to in helping to finding a gift for my girlfriend.

I love Sephora but this place never restocks anything at all. I come in every few months and there will be the same amount of items as before. The staff is very friendly though!

Staff followed me the entire time I was browsing, it felt like they were waiting for me to shoplift the one item I did pick out. I felt very uncomfortable the entire time. THIS is the reason I only go to ULTA. Sephora is awful. They were also selling VERY used makeup items in their “discount” section. It was highly unsanitary. Some of the lipsticks were 3/4 of the way gone and they were 50% off. That is how diseases spread. Never again, this Sephora was the worst makeup experience I have ever had.

I was pleased that my V.I.P. Membership was honored today for my birthday. I am a lifetime loyalist and cant live without that Truth Serum. A huge thank you to Jamie and Brittany(ney)- sorry Idk the spelling. They both made today very special.

This place is fantastic. My girls were treated like queens there. The staff was extremely helpful and kind.

Even though its a compact version, I was thrilled to find a Sephora...in Mobile! I use bareMinerals and there arent very many places that sell it. The ladies working there were gorgeous & helpful! I have not had good customer service experiences at Ulta in the past so THANK YOU Sephora for opening in JCPenney!
