My brother referred my elderly mother & I. She needed a recliner not only were we helped but they had a mobile chair for my mother to use. We were hit hard by two hurricanes. Our money is very tight. We went in to BEST MATTRESS & FURNITURE to get a bed and dresser for our guest room so that our Son could come across the state and stay with us for Christmas.Steve and Rachael went out of their way to help us. They went the second mile and we got our furniture! Now our Son can come.If every business put the customer first like they do what a wonderful world !

I will never purchase anything from this store again. When we arrived Steve was all about “I will do anything to help you and make anything right.” We purchased a set and it wasn’t cheap by far. When it was delivered I had to call Steve multiple times who refused to take my call and responded back to me in a text because the delivery guys damaged the furniture! I was wrong for not reading the reviews before purchasing anything here. BTW, it’s been a month now and still no call back from Steve! Also, I’m seeing a pattern while reading the reviews.....DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Best place to buy a good mattress in town

Called 3 times to get info on product we were looking for as I live a good drive away. Nice young lady said her mgr would call me back. Same on 2nd attempt, then 3rd. Guess they are too busy to worry about obtaining customers or just dont care per the often typical lack of customer service...will never get my business, they had their chance

No I did not ask for the LEASE priced mattress there were least expensive mattresses than the one my husband and I purchased yes I returned to the store the with the mattress and was given the same kind of mattress in exchange but was never given the choice of any mattress in the store like said. Be careful what you purchase from this company! We paid good money for the mattress purchased and have had to replace it since. When I believe a normal life span for a decent mattress is 5-10 years and this particular one didnt make it 3 years.

This furniture store does not properly dispose of old merchandise. It leaves it behind the buildings to decay and be blown into the street during inclement weather not only causing a safety hazard but attracting vagrants to the area. I wish they would be more responsible to the community they serve.

I bought a sectional and I have had it alittle over two years old and its peeling already Ive called in August, September Know in October I finally get to be told that there is nothing that they can do. This has been the first time in my life that I have ever had a bad experience with furniture from a company that is supposed to stand by there word on the furniture that they sell. This furniture is made by Affordable Furniture so if you are looking for a leather sectional dont buy this brand its no good at leather anything with this name on it dont by it.

We have been to this local store for years now. I visited to see the sale and help out by buying somethings to help their sale but was sad to see the entire mark up and volatile prices thrown around by some out of town sales people. I wish they show a whole lot of dignity to the local system.

Went into the store to buy a king size inner spring with memory foam mattress instead we were sold a king mattress with memory foam only. Sheets will not stay on mattress and there is already a permanent hole where I sleep. Ive only had this mattress since feb2016 its worthless and I rarely sleep on it because I already have a bad back. I feel as though we were ripped off for the 750.00 we paid for something usless to me. This company sucks and has screwed me for the last time I do not recommend anyone buy from here. And I might add the manager of the store sold us this mattress.
