Not a fan of the service dept. Service writer woman with all the tats wasn’t very nice, helpful or friendly. Will make the extra drive to spend my money at a different Ford store Won’t return.

Perfect service dept, on time with repairs, under quoted amount, very pleased highly recommend, they are a little short staffed in tech area, so big repairs take longer but every dealer is having this problem
