I ordered my Bar tops over 9 months ago. I’m just now getting my order and it’s still wrong. 4 months ago they said my tops were in when I get there it’s was the wrong top and the measurements were off. I’m a small business and my customer is mad at me because I can’t finish a project that should have only taken 1 week. I will never go back!

I carried measurements for kitchen and bathroom vanity countertops to the store the day we ordered. When we installed them, the depth on the bathroom vanities were 3 inches short. When I called them about it, the guy said they gave me standard depth (Even though I gave him the measurements of the cabinets). He said I would have to pay for the correct ones. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he would have to call me back. That was almost 2 weeks ago and I havent heard back from them yet. We cut 3 inches off of the cabinets and drawers to keep from dealing with them anymore. Dont waste your time. If there is a problem, itll definitely be your fault.
