Very positive and friendly interactions every time Ive been in the store even when different people were working... the mom and daughter so cool! Very great products and the prices are great. Cant get herbs like that anywhere else nearby and also the incense and oils are unique... my fave!!!! 💗❤ all witchy spiritual energetic ritual all things are here!!

The owner has a very cold demeanor and does not give you a warm welcoming vibe. Yes she has spiritual candles n some herbs, the issue is her attitude. Her attitude is cold and if you have any questions on how to use any products..don’t ! Just ask google. She won’t help you with that.

I love this store. The owner was very helpful and sweet as can be. Everything is very well organzied and in its own place. Very easy to get what you want. Even her stones have mini descriptions so you know what they are used for. I will definitely come back whenever Im in town again.

So, I called this store because I wanted to buy some sage smudge sticks. Let me tell you, just the way the female answered the phone turned me a little off. She just answered the phone, hello. I thought that maybe Id dialed a private number instead of a business. So, I asked Is this a store? She simply stated, yes. I proceeded to ask if she had sage. Again, just a yes. I totally felt like she really didnt want to be bothered. Im looking for other places that sell sage.

I literally come from Denver, Colorado just to only shop at this store. I love the energy, products, and vibes.

When I 1st found out about this store, I was so happy 2 finally be able to get my spiritual items from a local store instead of online. The owner was very inviting, knowledgeableand friendly. I told my friends and co workers about this place & they loved it also. But over the past few months, the owners attitude has changed. Shes no where near as friendly as she used to be. You ask her a question she has an attitude. Its like she wants u 2 hurry up and buy something hurry up and get out. Unfortunately, her attitude is what u get when u deal with black business owners. I hate tht, but its true. Shes lost my business.

I have gone to this place twice and each time was very pleased. Got the info that i asked for. The younger lady was very welcoming and so was the older. Not sure if your energy was felt prior to walkn in but i have nothing but a great exp. Im new in area and was very excited to know theres one here. My needs were met on both occasions and i plan to return . thank you for a great exp. I will be back ✊✌❤

The previous review of the horrible customer service was spot on. The elderly woman that was behind the counter did not greet us entering the store. The younger woman was very curt and rude with her responses and was not friendly at all. I am a practioner from New York and was seeking a supply store that would allow my clients to be more interactive with their manifestations. This is a black own business and once again they exceeded expectations with poor customer in tow. Since is appears the reps are not interested in keeping or making new customers, and it appears they are the only metaphysical store in Mobile....Oshuns might need some competitions

The lady who owns the store is rude and I would never even want to purchase something spiritual with someone with negative energy like hers. I was asking her questions she was very short with me and just flat out rude. I would never suggest anybody to go here!
