Gulf Coast Tint is Mobile is the best tint shop around. This guy is awesome. I have been doing business with him since 2007. The vehicles I take there are top of the line. And absolutely don’t trust anyone with them but Gulf Coast. Highly Recommend.

I had my windows tinted here almost a year ago at the recommendation of a long time customer. The owner was nice over the phone and at the start of service, but his attitude later changed once he encountered a problemtinting my back window. He was very rude and snappy. Once I got snappy back with him his attitude changed. Nevertheless, I was told to bring my car back the following day, but call him 1st. I called and to this day he has not called back. I will not recommend his services. And I advise that you get some help.

I came in on October 12, 2017 and was out within the hour. Matt is super friendly guy and you can tell he really cares about doing a good job. Not sure about those one star reviews but he was fast and friendly. My family has brought all of our cars here and the tinting has been exceptional each time. Would recommend!!!

Best place to get your window tinted in Mobile. Fair pricing and quality product. Had my last truck tinted there without any problems for and just had my new one done. I recommend getting there early because it is first come first serve.

An almost perfect tint job on my car. Overall job was fantastic, however the owner could definitely work on his PR skills. Had he taken the time up front to explain the types of tint he has on hand, he would have made an extra $100 on my vehicle applying the ceramic tint. All he asked was how dark? and off he went... I was actually kind of pissed afterwards that he didnt bother to take the time, because the benefits of the ceramic tint are definitely worth it.My only concern is with the lifetime guarantee. He didnt bother taking any of my information and only provided a small paper receipt. Unless he can pull it up from the credit card transaction?Would I recommend him to others, definitely, just be sure to ask him plenty of questions about the types of tints he has on hand and the advantages of each. BTW, dont expect him to allow you to come into the shop and watch. I understand his reasons, people can cause distractions (too chatty) causing mistakes. No distractions = fast and quality tint job.

This was my first experience with Gulf Coast Tinting and I am very pleased with their work. The accommodations for customers in their waiting area could be improved and having a receptionist would be a big plus for the smooth running of their business. But, they did excellent work and returned my truck to me on schedule with no damage and at the promised price. The technician explained the various tint options with me and was courteous and professional. I would use them again for other vehicles in the future. They are not the least expensive window tinting business but I am willing to pay a little more for a really good tinting job that will be effective and lasting. I purchased their ceramic window tinting for my truck windows so that it would reduce solar heating of the interior.

These guys did a fabulous job at a great price. Very knowledgeable. Really glad I paid the extra money to get the upgraded tint.

First off, he uses Llumar tint, which looks great and keeps your car cool. He has done several of my vehicles over the years. I won’t use anyone else because I know that he does the job right. Highly recommend if you are looking to get your windows tinted! Matt is your guy!

Called to get prices on tint for my new vehicle and was quoted ..250.. for regular and ..350.. for the ceramic which is more than other places in the area.. I simply asked the guy(Matt is his name I think) on the phone how many windows does this cover and I dont know if this was a trigger to serious anger management issues but the tone and attitude left me with no desire to do business nor advise anyone I know of that needs tint.. I just hope the local tint shop down the road will send this guy a thank you card for deterring my business from Gulf Coast.

Could not even give me an estimate, explained what I wanted done 5 times to the person on the phone and he still did not get it. Im sorry but Im not going to waist my time! Im going to bail on this one ia what he said to me. My advice would be recommend someone come in and let you see the car not say we cant do it.

They guy there is very unprofessional. He started arguing with me over a phone quote and just stormed out of the store, and kept running off at the mouth outside. Don’t even waiste your money with him. There are more places in that area with better service. 6/7/2018

The long and short of it is Matt and his crew did an AWESOME job applying paint protection on my wifes Acura. The pictures on his Facebook Page dont do his work justice because they dont begin to show how detailed he was around the curves on the car. Matt takes great pride in his work and refuses to do less than the best. Talk about setting the bar high! I cant imagine going anywhere else now that I have met Matt and seen his work. His customer service is second to none!

I called this guy to see when could he tint my windows on my car and he was very unprofessional in terms of using profanity in a harsh way towards me because he was not going to have time to complete the work. After he realized I was black asking him to tint my windows his attitude got worse. So if you know like I do that there are other places in the city of mobile that tint windows and will show you respect no matter your color please use someone else no matter the quality of Gulf Coast Tinting’s work. (Also if there is no truth to what I am saying why you would even waste your time responding. You know what you did was disrespectful and unprofessional on all levels. Most people would call the person back and apologies to them but instead you reacted as I know you would)
