This place runs like a well oiled machine. Always in and out quickly. Dr Jackson and staff are awesome.

Be prepared to wait FOREVER. We had an appt at 2:30. Its now 5:05 and they still have not done the test we were sent here for.

My experience at Premier Medical Eye has always been great. My Dr. Claude Warren & Ms. Julie and the entire staff are excellent and caring. The offices are set up excellent to protect everyone during your visit during covid 19 pandemic! Dr. Claude Warren is a excellent Doctor and his service to the Mobile and surrounding communities are greatly appreciated! I thank God for you!

I am accompanying my elderly grandmother to an appointment that was scheduled at 9am. We arrived at 850. The current time is 1045 and we are STILL waiting to see Dr. Duffey. This is flat out UNACCEPTABLE for any patients to have to sit and wait on a doctor for almost 2 hrs. But let you be late to an appointment and they want you to reschedule. Im in the medical field so I know that there is a disconnect within the scheduling system or the greed of bringing in too many patients on any given day... UNBELIEVABLE 😡😡😡

My mother was treated so horrible hear. she had an appt on 12/29/20 @1430 arrived 1420. it was an issue with her VSP insurance, some type of mishap. The two clerks that tried to assist her were pleasant. they gave her an sticky note with number to call to get information corrected, while she was on phone with insurance carrier clerk one came and stated that they give you 30 minutes grace period. its 1435 at this point. finally she got insurance situated and stepped back up to window and stated she would just be self pay. clerk one and two present along with another medical staff who precedes to call Dr Jackson and inform that patient would be paying out of pocket, mind you its 1440 still within time frame. medical staff precedes to hang up phone and say well Dr Jackson said youll just have to reschedule your appt.my mother was so embarrassed and hurt her being an Registered Nurse could phantom the thought of an medical doctor being to rude and unapologetic. needless to say we will never visit this medical facility again.

I do not trust the techs in the eyeglass store in the same building which is related to the clinic.Be extremely careful for defects in the exhibited ones. Even when you have asked for a new one, be sure to examine it again when your receive it, ignore it if the techs seemed to be smiling or laughing from your checking. Its a lot of money you pay and you think you will have a good quality!

WAIT WAIT and WAITI had to wait total of two hours before they could see me!!!I will give it -1. Can’t give them any start at all. This is for the non medical staff.And if you request to any of the employees that you are getting late for work then they give you attitude.

We had a wonderful experience here. Everybody was nice and helpful. Special thanks to Leann Luther, for being so kind and patient. We will be back.

One of the nurses who works for Dr. Terry was very rude and sassy until I called her out. I told her that the last pair I got from them broke a week after I got them and she said “and you waited a year and a half to get them replaced?” When I told her she was being rude, she just laughed. I told her that I had an older pair that I’ve been using since I couldn’t afford to buy another pair not covered by insurance. Not that it was her business. Anyways, I won’t be going here anymore.

Waited a full hour to be seen. Horrible scheduling. This is not our first or second visit where we have had to wait but I assure you it is our last. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but no more. My time is just as valuable as theirs.

A recent eye exam with Dr. Jackson literally brightened my world! Thanks to his expert evaluation and treatment, my vision is back in focus for daily visual tasks I used to take for granted. Do your eyes a favor by letting Dr. Jackson help them do their job. Highly recommend!

Dr. Curtis Graf, Jr. is a fabulous doctor. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.

I had and appointment with Dr. Douglas for my continuing eye treatment while my regular doctor was away from the clinic. I appreciated his gentle treatment and taking the time to answer all our guestions.

I loved Dr. Ron Swain Jr and all of the staff at Premier Medical! My son had his tonsils and adenoids removed and within 6 hours of leaving the facility there was someone from the office calling to check in on him.

Dr.Graf and his team are very professional, kind and knowledgeable. They really put you at ease throughout cataract surgery!

A pleasant experience from beginning to end. The office employees are very courteous and this location has top tier doctors . The wait time is short compared to other physician offices that Ive visited.

I went in there because for month I had been suffering from an eye pain that I just woke up one day with . Finally went to go check it out waited in my room for a good bit of time before asking how much longer he was going to be . He came in shortly after barely even looked at me said it was allergies, I said Ive never had allergies in my life . His reply welcoming to getting older (Im 28) so after taking his word even though he was a jerk I did the eye drops he gave me ect . The eye pain finally got so unbearable I went to another doctor I knew it couldnt be allergies . Turns out it was an ulcer on my cornea and blisters on my eyelids, which dr Jackson would have seen if he actually took the time. He could have cost me my eye sight and will always be recommended to avoid in my book!!!!

Some employees are very helpful. But the manager of the contact station is unprofessional and was helpful in no way.

Dont go here! A 6 week wait to see someone is bad. The scheduling process is a joke. You get put on hold alot, and have to deal with a lot of sas. I called 9 times before I gave up! Someone finally called me back, but it was to let me know that I was dismissed as a patient. Very unprofessional!
