My family has only been here a few times so far but we love that there is dairy free options and the person serving us was helpful on our first visit by letting me know there was wheat in a topping that I otherwise would not have realized had wheat in it. I have one daughter with a dairy allergy and one with EOE so it is helpful to have options like this when we go out. My girls also love the chalk board wall. Cold Snap has been very clean everytime we have gone. I do miss being able to make up our own cup of yogurt at frozen yogurt places because its a more enjoyable experience that way but I cant fualt the business for that as I know covid precautions have to be in place.

Today (Oct 3), was my first time visiting Cold Snap. Service was great! Building is very inviting, well lit, and clean. My frozen yogurt selection was delicuous!; dairy free Almond Biscotti 😋. Looking fwd to trying many others flavors!

Kind of awkward setup right now. They have a covid system in place. Only issue is the employees maks you feel rushed. They fix your yogurt and all toppings. Felt rushed and burdensome. Its a shame, I brought my 4 year old there to have an enjoyable experience.

This place has a very nice atmosphere. They even have a few dairyfree and gluten-free options!

Moved through the weekend when it was 100+ degrees. The little was was super well behaved. My grandad used to treat me with TCBY so I wanted to provide a little happy to my girl in the same way. This was the closest place to us. We ended up with a medium x2 one with fruit sorbet style frozen yogurt and one with vanilla, chocolate, and cookies and creme with TOPPINGS GALORE. The lady who helped us was suuuuuuuuper nice! If shes not the owner she needs a raise, but if she is she needs MORE BUSINESS. She was kind, and super relatable to both me and my little girl. Very happy to have stopped and we will most certainly become regulars!

We just happened upon this froyo restaurant after eating dinner in the same plaza. We absolutely loved the bright, clean atmosphere and the kind employees. The yogurt was delicious and they were very accommodating to my children. We will be visiting when we visit Mobile!

I went in with my boyfriend and best friend. The lady was very polite and patient because my boyfriend has diabetes and he can only eat certain things. She had good knowledge of her product and helped him find something he could enjoy. My and my bestie also totally enjoyed our time in and our treat!! Will be visiting again!!

I came in with a friend to get yogurt. I had trouble finding comfort in this place with the ambush of Christianity on customers. I do not have an issue with Christians but as a Jewish person I found the forcefulness of it all uninviting. But it seems that I am not the only one who feels this way, when I go to Reddit it seems to be a main complaint about this business as well as others. It also does not seem to strictly a Non Christian issue as I have found that Christians feel uncomfortable as well in the establishment. I highly would not recommend to friends and family.

Bought a yogurt pie for a birthday. Person was kind taking my order by phone but even I arrived she had no box to put the pie I paid $20 for! During COVID-19 I was particularly uneasy carrying in an uncovered pie to someone’s home!

A higher quality frozen yogurt than some other places in town with a more than sufficient number of toppings choices. We have gone many times and the different staff has always been nice.It appears to be a generally clean place and so provides some confidence that the constantly in use yogurt machines are providing a safe product.

Sad really, this was the first and has always been my favorite. Zero money has been, or is being put into this place. Same interior as when it opened years and years ago. Missing lots of the usual flavors. Dirty floors and tables, along with broken equipment. The owner(s) really need to put some money back into this place. We won’t be back.

TCBY is long gone in our neck of the woods. However there is a new kind in town. Cold Snap has some wacky and creative flavors. All of which I have enjoyed. Except for coconut... yes Im one of those people, cant stand it.If you have never had salted caramel... well your just an idiot and deserve to eat vanilla the rest of your life. They have about twelve feet of toppings and they are stacked three bins high.Tell them Phil sent you!

My wife and I like to come get frozen yogurt. I like the cheesecake yogurt and she loves all the new berry flavors. It is kind of expensive a normal visit is around 14-18 bucks.

I called to ask if the have sorbet and was told yes we have pink lemonade. It was not sorbet, it was very creamy. When I ask the person working I was told it was a new sorbet. Sorbet is not supposed to be creamy like frozen yogurt. It also tasted disgusting!!

Excellent toppings and large selection of flavors, very tasty but somewhat pricey as based on total weight.

Really good yogurt, the only problem is they dont stay open till the hours that are posted. We love this place but have gone there at 9:20 or 9:30 and they were already closed but the posted hours were till 10:00.

Not as many options as other similar frozen yogurt stops, service was sub-par even considering the high schoolers. Also tends to be pricey, more than what you would want to pay for basically the same thing you can get anywhere else. It isnt special.
