💯 recommend these jewelers! I was greeted with the warmest welcome and friendliest sales people. After 26 years of marriage I was ready for an upgrade. Phil introduced me to Abdo who was extremely patient and guided me into choosing this gorgeous 2.04 carat Brilliant Cushion cut stone flanked by 2 trapezoid diamonds that he had flown in for me to select. Within a week my ring was ready-customized to my taste. It turned out a million times better than I ever dreamed! Their prices cannot be beat-hands down the best in our area. You will not be disappointed!

I was here months ago and was offered 800.00 for a diamond 💎 ring. I did not take it because it was my moms who passed away. I went back 9/24 yesterday to see if I could get the same offer. The owner said he never made me an offer and I told him he did or I would have not come back. He said well he is not making an offer now. Basically called me a lier and was very rude. I will never step foot in that place again. Went somewhere else and that owner said he has heard bad customer service from others. Beware not a honest company ☹️ For all you folks that gave this company 5 stars need to get there heads examined. This is NOT a honest company, the owner is very dishonest and very rude. They were nice to the folks who were spending money, but not to the sellers. Good luck old man 😂

Im looking to get engaged soon and was wanting to do some research on diamonds and what sort of stones were in my price range so I went to the Karat Patch. These guys were great. I talked with Cameron who is the owners son and he was happy to show me all sorts of stones and settings that were in my price range. Even though I was not intending to by a ring that day and even though I prefaced my visit as for informational purposes only he still took a time to show me what sorts of stones I should be looking for. I would recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a low pressure, honest, and helpful establishment to purchase any sort of jewelry from - which really should be everybody.

Im giving this place 5 stars, but please keep in mind that a place like this is only as good as those which it employs. I had the good fortune of meeting with two separate specialists; and I was extremely surprised at their honesty and straight-forward nature. I feel this trait to be uncommon in their trade. The only downside is the shopping center in which they are located. It was a terrible center before, now doubly so due to the whole foods. I guess that actually makes this place a diamond in the rough!

I seldom write reviews but figured I should given the wonderful service I received, especially considering how they handled my relatively minor problem. I walked in and dropped my watch off to have it looked at as it had stopped ticking, I assumed the battery had just run it’s course. They said give them 20-30 mins and it’d be ready to pick up. I ran an errand or two and came back to pick up my watch. The man at the counter walked to greet me with my watch in hand and said, “here you go.” I was obviously expecting to pay some type of repair or replacement fee for their services but he just told me, “don’t worry about it.” Somewhat taken aback by the wonderful service I thanked him and walked out to realize not only did they replace my battery but set the correct time as well. Now this may not seem like a lot to most people but in today’s society it’s the small and sincere gestures that make a huge difference. Thank you Karat Patch Jewelers!

Two years ago, I took my diamond tennis bracelet in here to get some links out and also to see how much was the value of the bracelet.Horrible experience. Terrible customer service.It was this older old white woman with glasses, (her face snd neck was very wrinkle)anyhow she just was not willing to assist with my bracelet. She said oh its about $200 to $300 dollars.Without evening touching it.I wouldnt recommend this place to any one.Horrible customer service.Stay away from this place.

Theyre not very good with watches. I would not trust them with a luxury watch. They were unable to remove a watch band Id hate to see what theyd do if you asked them to service a mechanical watch.
