The situation and this place is similar as at cummin Shop, they no check the truck and say living the truck and we call you next 2 o 3 day and let you know.But my job is one hour job.INCREDIBLE INCREDIBLE INCREDIBLE.

Horrible very unwelcoming called about a blinker harness had me on hold so long I had hang up and call back and the gentleman at front service desk can take credit for this unpleasant experience.

Excellent service and good inventory

Excellent service!! Recently we had a regen issue during the night while on an expedited load. Capital Trucks was closest VOLVO shop and we were waiting at the gate when they opened. They listened, immediately went to work, diagnosed and made the repair and had us rolling in record time!! We actually made our delivery on time thanks to them. Friendly staff, kept us advised throughout the service, just unbelievable service!

Dont overpay for extended warranty, it will not cover a single thing. Paid extra 12K for it.

So far this has been the best shop Ive had to deal with. Quick service and reasonable prices. They keep me informed of the progress of my repair.

Real and really awesome mechanics work here.I would highly recommend and will advise driving out of the way to seek there service. I despise dealerships, and for the first time and probably only time I would recommend trusting any advice they offer in the service department and believe it or not they are honest. Great crew, glad I found them!!!

Definitely gotta say Greg in service is a man of his word. I called Wednesday afternoon with a coolant leak Greg said he could get me in first thing Thursday morning. I pulled in around 730 dropped my trailer and pulled up to service. I was greeted at 8am and by 810 my truck was in a bay with the hood up. I was out the gate by 1pm with a new water pump. My only complaint is they forgot I was there waiting or I would of probably been out the gat at noon.

Worst customer service . 👎👎👎👎👎👎Today 09/04/2019 i called the dealer for parts the lady answers the phone then hang up on me at 3:50pm.I called again 3:53 lady answers and redirect me to parts department, then red neck guy put me on hold for 10 minutes then hang up again.I called again many times 3:55, now nobody answers their phone. My husband paid with cash. His ticket was around 450.00. 2 of the parts were the wrong size. I went back in to get my money back and I was told by the associates there that they could not give me my money back, that I would have to wait on a check to come through the mail. I then asked if they could put it on my debit card and they told me that they had to give it back the way I paid it. Then I was very confused because they did not give me cash back, my CHECK was coming through the mail. They told me it was corporate policy anything over 50 dollars was sent a check through the mail. I then asked to see the corporate policy no one could show it to me. I was even told it was on the back of the receipt, it was not. There was no sign up. I was told by the female associate that if she gave me my money back. It would take half of what she had in her register. Then I call cooperate and talked to Jen who was very rude and unprofessional. The guys at the parts was very professional. But both females were extremely rude and unprofessional.

Outstanding service, techs, and parts employees. Dan and his guys really bent over backwards to make sure I had a stress and worry free experience here. Couldnt have asked for a better team of techs and service employees to work on my truck and trailer. Every time I bring my truck in, they get it in and out in a timely manner, are always very friendly, and willing to tackle any problems that may arise.

For several years weve been doing business with Capital Volvo. Their staff and parts sales men are very helpful and friendly. I was always treaded with utmost respect by everyone. Professionalism and top knowledge is always present when Im there. Great job Capital Volvo!!!

Describe my experience? Will how does one describe perfection in motion! I came in during Mardi Gras celebration and I didnt even have time to catch a parade. The outstanding service I received got me back home in time to celebrate with my own family and my truck runs better than it ever did before. The fast and friendly service I received from the service manager and good-looking shop foreman on down to my service tech Frank left me wondering why dont all repair shops work so great

Dropped truck off to have a looked at. Srvc counter great great, then walked over to parts counter. This is where it went south. One gentleman working, phone ringing off the hook, customers waiting in line. Behind him was a glass window with to mgr type guys in an office, and never thought to give any help. I had to get upset to get there attention. Oh where trying to hire extra help he says. 28 yes Ive been drvg. Dealers, the thought makes me sick. But you have to use dealers due to warranty. Pay these people good money. Stop making them slaves..pay them and respect them..and without customers, owner operator especially, no one had a job...

Very Friendly and Professional Staff,They we’re very knowledgeable about the issues with my Truck,I had other mechanics that could not find my problem,They found my main issue,and another major problem that I didn’t even know about and other mechanic missed,I am very happy with the service,And pricing wasn’t terribly high,I would highly recommend Capital Volvo.

This is a Volvo shop. They fixed the A/C on my truck. It didnt even take them 2 hours to get it done but they charged me for 4 hours ($400 but managed to negotiate for $350). They also stole a Droid phone from me. The phone cost me over $450. I have reason and am positive that they took my phone. The phone was not connected so I cant track it down. Cant say you havent been warned!

Been dealing with capitalvolvo past 10 yrs at least and have to give this ppl credit for doing everything they could to solve the problem with my truck. They are the only ones who been servicing my trucks bc i dont like anyone else to touch my stuff... They will get you in and out as quick as possible as long as they have parts available... Whole team in the back are 👍 they did everything they could and i do appreciate that... Deff bigger fleets should ck them out they are having some good discounts on maintenance etc ...to keep youre trucks in a1 shape......

Called in parts order.... took awhile for them to pull and get me rang up.

Took 2 weeks to do a clutch ! They have poor communication skills and way over priced. Will never take our tuck there again no matter the circumstances!!!!!!!!

Stay away specially if you our owner operator I bring my truck with EGR issue after 18 days I still have the same problem charge me 9k just to let you know Bring it to them drivable but after 5 miles from there shop the scoot level want so high that truck not drivable anymore
