I purchased a new home in January 2021 and a claim to replace a window was submitted the same month. After waiting and waiting, the window was finally installed in June 2021 (5 months later). After the install, the installers left a mess in the yard, stickers left on the window, the Window was not cleaned, and the molding outside holding in the window is coming out and is damaged. I called the same day and was told it would be replaced the next business day. After not hearing anything, I called a few days later and left a message with the service manager, no response. I also sent 2 text messages to the same manager, no response. Customer service is very challenging, so I hope this gets resolved in this calendar year. Lets Pray and Hope for this...

This company supplied a window that was improperly installed. During the installation the window was damaged. The company salesman was informed and instead of replacing the damaged window, they took it out then reinstalled the damaged window, when they were made aware of the situation we were told again we would get a new window. Once we checked on the window again we found that it was the same damaged window and a new crack appeared in one of the panes. At this point we were lied to and advised it was a new window. After thoroughly discussing the reasons we knew it was still the damaged window we were told more lies. The salesman spoke down to me and gave nonsensical reasons arguing why they would not replace the window. He stated they could fix the pane only and laughed at the suggestion of showing me the old frame to prove that the questionable frame was truly a different window. I would not recommend this company and will never do business with them in the future.

Only rated one star because I couldn’t rate a 0.I will never buy anything else or recommend Keller-smith to anyone. I bought windows and doors for my new house and had a problem with one window. I’ve made way more phone calls and text to Chris, the salesperson that sold them to me than I should have. 5 months later the window isn’t fixed, like he’s said he would do. It’s been nothing but lie after lie, putting it off on his shop guy. He was happy to get my $2,700 for the windows and doors but the customer service after the sale is nonexistent!
