Because, of this we have expanded the use with our local office and moved to use them in other branches as well. Good company to work with. Very professional employees with great attitudes. It is a small office, but the people there are very capable of taking care of all of your scale needs. The personnel there make you feel welcome, and are very helpful with answering any questions you may have. I would recommend anyone to this facility for scale services, whether youre inexperienced in the scale business or have required scale service for years. You will not be dissatisfied.

HORRIBLE company. SLOW at getting back to their costumers. Last year I worked with them and SUPPOSEDLY we had a standing work order where they just came every year without calling to certify our 6 scales. Two weeks go by and I noticed that our scales were no longer valid. I called them to set up a time. I had to call them every few days and leave a message about when they were coming. FINALLY after two weeks of trying to get them out, they show up. At this point, my scales are a month past due. I called them 3 days ago to get another scale certified and give them another chance, but NO ONE has called me back YET AGAIN. I call around 5:00pm today and get Neil. I tell him Im just wanting to check my account status and he says Ummm..... Can you call back tomorrow? We closed at 4:30pm. Yes Neil, Ill call you back, but itll be at 4:25pm.
