Robert Hall was the best EVER!!!! I came in at closing and I was disappointed because of a different jeweler and he ran my info and got me what I wanted!!! He never rushed me and had perfect costumer service!!!

I had an amazing experience at Reeds! Delmarcus Boddie helped me from the minute I walked in and eventually helped me find the perfect engagement ring! He was super patient seeing as I had to take pictures and get opinions from people that weren’t there! I think I was there for about 2 hours and he never once got aggravated or walked away! He was very knowledgeable of all there rings and diamonds and made it easy for me to pick the exact one I wanted! He was great and if you ever need any jewelry I would recommend going to see Delmarcus for sure!

This particular store has the slowest customer service and even when they’re waiting on you it’s no reason it should take the length of time because they’re not doing anything special for you. I’ll shop with a different jeweler going forward. Let me not forget to mention that I called regarding an exchange from online and was not told that my electronic receipt would not suffice like normal places. Instead they had me waste my time driving there and back when it could have been clarified on the phone. Horrible experience, as if the consumer’s time isn’t important and I felt both associates purposely took their time with other ppl who had already expressed they weren’t buying. If I could give a zero I would. Trash service.

Im from out of town and lost the back to my diamond earring. Delmarcus was very helpful in getting me replacements and cleaning my earrings for me. He even gave us some ideas of where to go during our visit. Very friendly and helpful service. The price for the backings was reasonable too.

This was my first time ever dealing with Reeds jewelers but most definitely not my last. My experience from beginning to end was amazing, from the time me and my fiancé walked in we were pleased, we were greeted and welcomed with a smile even though everyone had a customer or was doing something at the time. We were asked if by all of the associates there if we needed help even though we thought we were just browsing, and when our eyes did lock on something we wanted to see there was an associate (Delmarcus Boddie) right there to take care of us. Mr. Boddie, wasn’t there to make a quick sale and he never got impatient even though I was very indecisive lol. He catered to our ever want until we found the perfect rings.
