Hey, these guys are really helpful without being pushy about it. Thats a quality that I look for in a shop. And they are genuinely nice guys. They stock a lot more than just cycle parts. Lots of leather wear and accessories at decent prices. Im going to be shopping here in the future.

Took a new 21 Chrome 40 spoke wheel plus a tire to mount. The folks at Cycle Gear have always done a good job for me in the past and they were no exception this time. Took care of it quickly and had it ready to to go within 30 minutes of when I walked in. Friendly and knowledgeable. Great service!

Great bunch of people to deal with I loved giving them advice showing them parts in the Factbook by Drag (I was once a Drag Dealer averaging 250,000 Thousand a Month ) and just loved it. The environment of that store has gone down so much since they hired a bunch of kids. The one kid that is the assistant manager should know that yelling at employees isn’t gonna do any good and if they ask for help then you should help them as a manager should. It’s gonna take some time for me to go back there.

So me and my wife talked the night before and we chose cycle gear out of all the bike shops in our area. So dropped two tires off to have them put on. Walked in the store and there was a lot of kids working up front just hanging out and playing. So as I was doing paperwork they could not figure out what code to use. Then at the end of filling out the paperwork they told me it would be ready in a few hours. So a long story short when we picked up the rims, my wife front rim was missing the wheel spacer. Then after looking over the rear tire on mines there was two bents. So after talking to the manager she said there’s no way they bent my rim. Then the one guy just co-sign and said “oh yea I seen the bends on there when I dropped them off”. Wow so if any drop anything off PLEASE LOOK OVER N TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR ITEMS. They accused us of loosing the front spacer n bending the back rims. We missed the bike ride Saturday morning due to both bikes was broke down.

I came to get a new tire and tube to put on my sons 85 . After 1 hr of waiting the tech tells me they have popped Both the old and new tube . And that they cant change the tire . They did give me a tube to replace the two they pinched I took the tire to Morts power sport in Theodore they had the tire change and fixed within 15 minutes

The salesman I talked to was well knowledgeable of what I needed. The only problem they sent the wrong package and I did not have time to exchange it for my trip.

I went to Florida to pick up a 2004 Honda Rune motorcycle and drive it back home to Arizona, simple enough until I ended up with a severely damaged rear tire (chunking and separating) and was in need of replacement/repair immediately. Since I was traveling solo and had absolutely no knowledge of the area, services shops, or product availability this situation definitely had potential to end very poorly.I contacted Cycle Gear having purchased from the company several times in the past, with mixed results depending on the store, in hopes of finding knowledgeable and reliable help. The manager, Kristin, helped me with not only finding the best, most appropriate, and affordable tire in stock but also in locating the best local shop that could get me taken care of and on the road the same day!Highly recommended! This Cycle Gear is the best. Help for my son by his first Harley very wet down there to get clothing and helmets and all they needed for my grandchild and she adores a place they had just what she needed keep her safe they went out of their way to make sure she was fitted properly and took more than enough time to explain everything that was needed on the safety gear its hard to get good service anymore I must say we got outstanding service Cycle Gear and we will definitely be returning 3 Outfitter when she grows out of what she has now

Every single employee that works at the Mobile, AL location is absolutely wonderful, and none of them ever mind the million and one questions we always have for them. They have, or can order, just about anything you need for your Dirt bike needs or street or cruiser bike needs.

I went in looking to browse the latest and greatest wares and was thoroughly impressed. The shop has a great environment and the employee who helped me, Matt was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was able to fit me for a 2-piece suit which is now my favorite piece of riding gear!
