Backyard Paradise did an amazing job adding two covered porches and a really nice chicken coop on an existing out building. They were very professional and hard working. I am incredibly pleased with their work and how they cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely use their services again.

Despite Covid these folks installed my pool cage on time. They did a great job with minimal disruptions. They even coordinated with other contractors doing work at our house in the same time frame. Sales and office personnel were equally helpful and pleasant to deal with.

We are very happy with our pool enclosure. It turned out better than we expected. Brandon answered all of our questions and the installation crew did a great job. We would highly recommend.

I am very disappointed with your service. I paid Brandon Hargrave a deposit of half the cost, on Feb 12, he told me the work could be done in 6 weeks, we are now going on 7 weeks without the work being done and he will not reply back to me messages.

It was a mistake the one star, I’m inquiring about a enclosure, I spoke with Brandon I think we came to and agreement, he has been pretty patient and helpful

Very unprofessional. They sent contractors out to our home who left trash and piles of dirt and concrete after pouring our patio addition. Representative was very rude and stopped returning our calls. I would not recommend this company.

Reason was needed repair from storm and brandon kept saying he would schedule time to repair. But I never got a call back. It had nothing to about original install.

Did a great job for a fair price. Efficient, fast and reliable! I highly recommend backyard paradise!
